Koko Hotel Residence Asakusa Kappabashi

This hotel is truly great! The rooms are big enough for the three of us to stay in comfortably. They have the best staff whom provided us with great service. The location of this hotel is also located in a very convenient location where lots of attractions are in walking distance and there are lots of subway stations also within walking distance. Overall me and my family had a great visit to gooey and a wonderful stay at this hotel.

The location is very good, the traffic is very convenient, go out is the Tsukuba Express Line Asakusa Station, walk 6-8 minutes is the subway station. The hotel is near the Sensoji Temple. Although it is a youth hostel, the Japanese-style room is also OK. The price is good! The front desk can print and also offers a complimentary breakfast, although only bread.

The room was small but the view was amazing. Nearest train station would be a private one so the jr pass will not work, have to buy ticket or use suica. If you want to use the jr pass, will have to walk very far. Can explore asakusa area and other main areas in Tokyo from the hotel. The only downside was the time taken for check in. The hotel was fully booked and check in only started at 3pm, due to the crowd we only managed to check in at 4/5 pm. Otherwise it was a great hotel to stay at.

The location is very convenient. It is a hotel close to the subway station. There is a lift at the subway station next to it, which is convenient for carrying luggage. The hotel is a bit small but can barely open two suitcases.
Plat Hostel Keikyu Asakusa Station

Among the four hostels I stayed in Japan, this was the only one who charged me to leave my bags for a few hours before check-in. 200 yens per bag!!! I found it absurd, I complained a lot, but the officials did not give the smallest ball and insisted on paying me. In the check-out I complained again because they wanted to charge again (200 yens per bag) and as I complained so much, but so, they didn't charge me to leave for an hour to lunch. In addition, it's a normal hostel capsule, without anything special. There is no party atmosphere, the bathrooms are clean, the female and male bathrooms are on the same floor of the room, and the showers are on the other floor, not near the Asakusa station of the Ginza line, and the Taharamachi station. The region is well free, without any tourist or special, but there is a great bakery near the metro station that is worth exploring.
