Location was alright, about 12mins walk from the JR line although there are slightly nearer metro stations so take note if you have a number of luggages. I like that they have a machine + dryer within the room for you to do laundry. The kettle was abit rusty so we bought bottled water instead. The room was pretty small but that’s expected. It won’t be able to fit ＞1 large suitcase. Service was good, fuss free check in and out. Lots of shopping and food available nearby. Overall a pleasant stay.

We had a really good and satisfying stay at Tokyu Stay Hotel. It is located near Shinjuku main station (walkable via a massive underground network although can be a tad far). There were plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby, and plenty of shopping options (Disney store, pharmacies, Isetan). The hotel provides free coffee and amenities at the hotel lobby, and room was clean and best of all, a washing machine, microwave and heating clothes board in the room as well. Although no water and cleanser/moisturizer was provided, and the heating clothes board didn’t really work, the washing machine really made up for it! :) will stay again!

I’m so very pleased I picked this hotel to stay at! The rooms are very comfortable, and I stayed in a “Comfort Twin” room which is definitely bigger than the average in the Kabukicho area, plenty of room to open up my luggage. Having a washing machine/dryer combo in the room was such a bonus, and they give you the detergent for it as a free service. No sitting around a laundromat waiting, just put your washing in and go out for the day! Chromecast to the TV, a microwave in the room, all the amenities you could want. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the staff are excellent, and the location is perfect. I will definitely stay here again!

Located conveniently about 4 minutes to nearest metro Tsukiji station (hibiya line) PRO. • LOCATION • Friendly staff • breakfast voucher was given for nearby restaurants • washing machine with dryer microwave big refrigerator CON. • Biggest problem is the toilet it’s quite old and bad horrible Smell of sewage. •. No cleaning service (if long stay u need to pay ¥1500 every time for cleaning your room) only towels and rubbish will be change & discard for you. • if Late check out needed (max until 1.00pm) 50% charge of the room rate. Since my flight departs quite late and it was a raining day so I did not mind paying extra to stay 2 hours extra. Anyways for anyone’s reference.

The subway station is nearby, the cleanliness is very good, the room has no smell, and the coffee in the self-service coffee bar is delicious. It's not too crowded for two people to live in a 29-inch suitcase and a 26-inch suitcase. Already recommended to friends to stay

Excellent room, has many amenities and appliances (oven, washing machine) that I really needed. Bathroom is especially large and staff are very helpful and accommodating. A bit of a walk from the JR ticket exit but very close to the metro gates (marunouchi, fukutoshin). Very close to convenience stores and restaurants as well. Highly recommend staying here

Because there is no washing machine in the hotel.So it takes ten minutes to walk to the coin laundry. The room is cleaned only once a week.The extra cleaning will cost 1100 yen.And will not clean the used tableware.There are knives, forks and plates in the room.It won't be replaced after spending money on cleaning. It's nice to have a balcony. I feel that there are a few staff in this hotel.It seems that the person who cleans the room will decide according to the sex of the guests.But I feel that they are in a hurry to clean up. There are no restaurants or shopping malls near the hotel.You have to take a bus to find restaurants and shopping malls.The hotel is close to the subway, and it takes 3 minutes to walk. Although the hotel can send luggage to the airport,But not as fast as 711.7-eleven can send luggage. It's too hot in the elevator

First the positives and then a negative. Great location, about 15 min walk to bustling central Shinjuku. Family Marts etc., eateries all around and metro 2 min walk away. The area is perfect as it's quieter, even close to a lovely park and all amenities at your door. Besides needing a good dust and coffee marks wiped off the wall, the hotel is clean and comfortable. There is free coffee and toiletries in the reception area the included washing machine/dryer in the room was a huge plus. YOU WILL NOT GET EARLY ROOM ACCESS EVEN IF YOUR BAGS ARE WAITING IN YOUR ROOM. We arrived early morning knowing we would not be able to check in until the afternoon so staff stored our luggage as expected. When we arrived back at the hotel at about 1:30pm and our bags were nowhere to be found the receptionist informed us they had already been taken to our room as the room was ready. Excited about finally getting access to a shower and some rest after a long flight we anticipated this meant we would be able to enter the room. The receptionist then left to speak to who I imagine is a manager only to come back and tell us check in is at 3pm so we have to wait until then and if we wanted to access the room early it would cost 1,000 yen per person. I know check in stated 3pm but I found this to be exceptionally poor customer service. Seeing as our bags were already in the room it would have made absolutely no difference to the hotel for us to enter the room 1 1/2 hours early but instead the rigid rule left quite a very negative impression. We did end up getting access at 2:30pm only because an elderly Japanese gentleman wanted to check in at this time and they didn’t want to make him wait in the lobby. The negative experience is such a shame because had this not have occurred I would return on my next trip.

Very good value for money hotel next time if you have the opportunity to choose here, there is a family convenience store near the hotel, about five minutes walk from JR Waterway Bridge Station, a little longer walk from Toei Kanda Station, about 10 minutes, the traffic is very convenient, The hotel has a simple kitchenette and washing machine. It is very convenient to travel. You don’t need to bring too much clothes. You can wash clothes directly in the room. The room is very clean. The front desk staff is also very friendly. The only drawback is that if the luggage is a bit small, the luggage cannot be fully opened. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I would give this hotel 2.75 stars if I could. Check-in process was super complicated. Their bed configurations on third party websites are all wrong. Manager was no where to be found when needed but would relay messages through the front desk. All of a sudden is ”gone for an hour” when I asked to speak. Rooms are just ok. We asked for the room to get vacuumed multiple times during our week stay because there was a glob of hair on the carpet. It just made me feel like the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Pros - free coffee downstairs, free amenities, washer (to ONLY wash), separate toilet from shower, right next to Shibuya scramble and several subways/JR line, right above Family Mart, walking distance. Cons - carpet, staff not accommodating, Hotels.com, Expedia bed configurations are all wrong. Beware and be careful of this! They will NOT accommodate you based on the 3rd party website details being incorrect.
