Very good location and clean rooms to stay, good for business people there.

We reserved two rooms at Microtel Toluca and everyone had a wonderful 3 night stay. The hotel and rooms are super clean, the beds are very comfortable; the breakfast was great; and staff was friendly. I was a bit hesitant since the price was so good, but everything was great. We stayed on the 2nd floor rooms 220 and 214. The elevators were super quick. The breakfast opens at 6:30am, not a minute sooner, but they had real plates and silverware (contrary to a review I had read). It included fresh fruit, yogurt and granola; cereals; fresh juice; eggs and meat; breads; coffee; tea. Everything was delicious and filling. We didn’t have any issues finding seating space for breakfast. In the evenings they had coffee, tea, and water always available by the lobby. We had to ask for a hand towel, but bath towels were there. They also brought us an iron upon request. There are no safes in the room, but the cleaning lady seemed very trustworthy and did a magnificent job cleaning our room daily. The soap bar was great. There is no free shuttle to the airport; but we were able to reserve an inexpensive Uber pick up at a specified time 7:00am and the Uber driver arrived a few minutes early (with our Uber app). The hotel is maybe 10 min from the airport with normal traffic, so very convenient. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and definitely look forward to our next visit here.

This microtel is nasty, it stinks, and the rooms are not the ones that are pictured on the website, there’s no a/c no ice machine working, and the rooms are old outdated and musty. This is a scam once I got to the room I immediately returned to the front desk to get a refund and realized my receipt had non refundable stamped on it, the customer service was horrible. This place is not suitable for animals!!!!

Es una grata experiencia hospedarse en este hotel, llevo muchos meses de frecuentarlo y no tengo queja alguna de su servicio y atención.

Precio calidad excelente, un gran lugar para quedarse a dormir y descansar. Buena ubicación y fácilmente te desplazas al centro o al aeropuerto.

Una buena opción en la zona. Confiable, y conforme al precio pagado. La habitación tiene buen espacio. El desayuno es la parte que más puede mejorar. En mi caso, aunque las habitaciones están pensadas para tres o cuatro personas, los servicios (toallas, jabón, shampoo) estaban pensados para dos máximo y hubo que pedir adicionales.

excelente servicio tanto a la hora del desayuno comida y cena, excelente variedad de comida, en cuestión de su salón para conferencias o talleres o llevar a cabo una capacitación muy amplio el salón y su pantalla muy grande para proyectar.

Me dió gusto 3 años después encontrar renovado el hotel y en mejor estado físico las instalaciones, ya cuentan con room service de cena. Estacionamiento se aprecia mas seguro con pluma y guardias. A mejorar las ventanas de habitaciones que dan a una terraza debería tener mejor seguridad. Toluca es frío pero las habitaciones cuentan con calefacción

El hotel muy viejo, el desayuno la verdad en pesimas condiciones, las habitaciones podrian mejorar y las instalaciones en pesimas condiciones, la cortina del cuarto estaba rota, las instalaciones del desyuno sucias, los alimentos 0 de calidad.No lo recomiendo si se esta buscando descanso y placer. Lo unico bueno fue el personal que nos atendio en el check in, muy amables.

Tuve que hospedarme aquí por re ubicación de booking y pagué el doble de lo esperado, para lo sencillo del servicio y del hotel. EL desayuno es muy muy básico y había que esperar porque no contaban con que tuvieran lleno el área de comedor.

Habitaciones amplias, limpias, cómodas, desayuno buffet incluido. Es un gran hotel a un precio justo. La atención de la gente también hay que resaltarla así como el área de gimnasio es muy agradable !!
