Leaving a card in the room to let you know who cleaned it is a nice touch, top marks to Lucy the room was spotless. Never have a fault with this hotel it's always immaculate inside and out. Plenty of free parking, quiet at night and nice big room. Great shower.

Service at reception was great and on realising we had a lesser standard room than what was booked and paid for we were swiftly moved to a better one. Service on entering the restaurant both times was poor and we were left standing both times ignored by a few staff. Hotel is tired and needing upgraded in most bits and the disgusting cigarette ashtray on entering the back door was overflowing and not emptied during our visit, not a good look at the doorway.

The all-inclusive resort hotel is convenient for skiing, but the rooms are relatively old, the resort facilities are very good, and the service staff are busy and almost hard to contact

Only stayed for one night Very convenient for driving. But the hotel is remote, it will be troublesome if there is no car And there are no street lights nearby at night, it will be a bit scary But drive ten minutes directly to the nearby city center Free parking downstairs, very good There is no elevator in the hotel, you can only carry your luggage upstairs. The hotel is self-check in At the beginning, the password error needs to call the customer service phone to deal with the password problem before opening the door. But the problem was solved soon.

Ok so it’s a hostel ! But in this day and age i expect it to be cleaned between the different parties staying here ! It’s more than just the bedding needs changed and cleaned regularly ! Ok guests please keep the kitchen clean and tidy well it didn’t happen and the mould in the fridge and the general cleanliness of shared areas left a lot to be desired !! Sorry regardless of it being our responsibility when clearly it’s not being done staff should be ensuring health and safety is paramount especially given the current climate We cleaned up after ourselves but unless we went in with scrubbers, bleach and steam cleaners it would take days to clean up the mess that was the kitchen I was in a room two singles and a double and not enough room leftover to swing a cat never mind put all our gear bags etc we were literally on top of each other There’s no shared sitting room or anywhere other than the kitchen to relax, converse or do anything really ! The bathroom was ok apart from the bath panel Hanging off oh and the mould around the bath/shower but it was hot !
