剛到酒店顯示沒有房 （提前十幾天就定好了）最後又説給我倆升級房型才住進去 到最後退房 因為是來考試 考完試回來路途遠 急急忙忙到酒店退房到兩點超了7分鐘 説要扣半天費 最後協調説全額退 但是前台態度極其惡劣 互相推卸責任 住了這麼多次酒店 唯一一次住宿體驗極其差（前台還和我説已經讓你住了還説，難道我還不能反饋我的體驗嗎 我定好房最後沒有 升級房型讓我住 我還得謝謝她？）

Great location in an amazing city. The room was not clean when we checked in- the floor was full with hair, and also the drain so it was difficult to take showers.
