Honest review about my two-day stay. I'm hoping to see some improvements. Customer Service: Poor. Unresponsive to requests, lacking in providing assistance. Not courteous, which is expected of a hotel staff. Staff: Unaccommodating, often responding with “No” rather than seeking solutions or alternatives. Hotel Room: Good. The automatic toilet feature was a highlight. Cleanliness: Good, but there is potential for improvement. Amenities: Good. Location: Good. Value for Money: Acceptable for a 4-5 star hotel, but the value is diminished by the subpar service. Improvements in customer service and satisfaction are necessary to justify the cost. Overall Experience: Unsatisfactory, especially compared to my other stays at Wyndham hotels. This particular experience did not meet the standards expected from the Wyndham brand, leading to disappointment.

I chose this hotel because the name of the hotel attracted me. I came to the hotel and found that the overall design attracted me more. I thought that the price was not expensive and it should be an ordinary hotel. I didn’t expect it to be clean and exquisite. The living environment is very comfortable and the surrounding traffic is very convenient. The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and patient. She smiled and felt better. Next time I choose a hotel, I will stay in this exquisite hotel.

There are many restaurants nearby, which is convenient for eating and traveling. 2. The hotel has breakfast, which is a good thing for people traveling. There are not many varieties, but it is not bad. It can be full and nutritious. 3. The hotel has a bathtub. After climbing Fanjing Mountain, returning to the hotel to take a bubble bath is very refreshing and relieves the tired body. 4. There are also shortcomings: the service is poor, the non-smoking room booked by Ctrip, but the room given to us is very smelly of smoke, and no one answered the question after running several times at the front desk. There is no way to find an explanation at the front desk. The river view room is a non-smoking room. I went to the restaurant for breakfast on the first day. There was no boiling water in the restaurant. I asked the waiter several times, but no one cared. Hope to improve in the future.

Secondly, the service is also general. The aunt who gets up in the morning and gets rice noodles, throws it to you after cooking, asks her how it is better, and also loves to answer, but the result is not good, I ate half of it, I can't work a bit, the waiter came over and said if I finished eating, which makes me say, Just give her the cutlery and it's pretty positive. Come with expectation, go with dismay.

I originally booked a king bed, but I accidentally booked the wrong room type. When I went to the hotel front desk, I told the lady at the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very patient and said that she could upgrade me to a king bed room for free. I was very happy. The room was clean and tidy. The layout is comfortable and the facilities are complete. There are room check-in instructions and unlimited passwords posted next to the bedside table. We also added customer service WeChat. The lady at the front desk sent some travel places around the hotel. The service is very good. There is also a book in the room. Books, you can read them [enjoyment], and Tongren Ancient City is also worth visiting. The night view is very beautiful. I am very satisfied with this trip😄😄

The transportation is very convenient. After climbing down Fanjing Mountain, I don’t want to take a step with sore legs. I saw the sign when I came out of the Tongren Bus Terminal. The lady at the front desk was very nice and checked in very quickly. The hotel has elevators and carpets in the corridors. No sound is very good. Opposite is Tongren Railway Station, we are the train the next morning, just across the road, it is very convenient, the hotel is affordable, clean and sanitary, the best choice for short-distance travel 😄

The most satisfying part of the hotel is the self-service washing machine. There are 2 self-service washing machines, which can be dried after washing off the dry water. For those who have traveled in Guizhou for more than ten days in this continuous rain, it is undoubtedly a charcoal delivery in the snow. Of course, there are also advantages such as hot water 24 hours a day, dry and wet separation in the bathroom, comfortable and clean bedding, and warm service. The only regret is that at one or two o'clock the night before yesterday, there was a loud noise outside, which seemed to be under construction, affecting sleep.

The room was clean and tidy, and there were fully automatic washing machines, air purifiers and dryers inside, which was very good. The front desk lady service is very good, I don’t understand it and I will patiently explain it to us. I will definitely come to this hotel next time.

The service staff are kind, thoughtful and attentive. Special thanks to the concierge Xiao He. The child immediately came out to greet me when he saw the car parked at the door. My scattered luggage was properly put away, especially the bedding I brought with me. I did not put the luggage carelessly. Instead, the car was placed on a clean floor. At such a young age, it is great to pay such attention to details. Xiao He believes that God rewards hard work. The health tea in the lobby recommended by Xiao He is delicious! Thank you also to the kids from the customer service department for sending us water and anti-noise earplugs. What I don’t recommend is that the sound of the train outside the hotel is really scary😟I couldn’t sleep all night!
