"The room is very clean, the environment is OK, the service is also very good, there is enough space for two people, the bathroom is very large, with a bathtub and shower, and two washbasins. I personally think it is mainly quiet, which is very good for someone like me who has a light sleep and poor sleep quality."

"Honest review about my two-day stay. I'm hoping to see some improvements. Customer Service: Poor. Unresponsive to requests, lacking in providing assistance. Not courteous, which is expected of a hotel staff. Staff: Unaccommodating, often responding with “No” rather than seeking solutions or alternatives. Hotel Room: Good. The automatic toilet feature was a highlight. Cleanliness: Good, but there is potential for improvement. Amenities: Good. Location: Good. Value for Money: Acceptable for a 4-5 star hotel, but the value is diminished by the subpar service. Improvements in customer service and satisfaction are necessary to justify the cost. Overall Experience: Unsatisfactory, especially compared to my other stays at Wyndham hotels. This particular experience did not meet the standards expected from the Wyndham brand, leading to disappointment."

"The hotel has a good location, next to the tourist bus station, very close to Tongren Station, 10 minutes walk to the hotel. The room was big and the bed comfortable. We had breakfast just by and it was very good. A lot of restaurants near by too. The staff service is very enthusiastic! They helped us find a bus ticket to go to Fanjingshan west. The guy even came with us at the station to make sure we could by the good one. I was so grateful. We wouldn't have made it without him. Thanks again!"

"I am a bit bias when it comes to review and critique 5 stars hotel in comparison to others. Having said that let's take a look at this hotel. For a start, and in short, it is a gem! The room is huge, cosy, great location and wonderful view at high floor. I didn't get the name of the receptionist who checked me in. She is so efficient. That was the first give away the standard of this hotel. As i explore the hotel and went to the gym and pool, i was totally floored. This put international hotel fitness center to a shame. The amount of equipments in the gym is unmatched anywhere I stayed. Superb!!! Then i explore the second floor restaurant and order my meal. If you don't eat there you are missing a big hole here. Very delicious. Next i explode and tested the quality at front desk to their limit especially the added value services (Ms Chu, Feng and Zhang). But there is one conceige or bell boy or PR person i wish to acknowledge with exemplary. His name is Mr Wu(?). His knowledge and advice had helped me to plan my stay in Tongren more meaningful. Lucky to bump into him last night around 8pm. I wish to put on record and recognise this young man and thank him. Finally, i couldn't end this review without acknowledging the housekeeping and breakfast restaurant staff for their top notch and tireless services. Watch how they clean the room and the tables and you can tell they had been hone to be the best. Without saying, the Chef De Cuisine Mr Zhang is the best of the very best by international standard. I see him dance at the restaurant like a waltz, smooth as a whiskey too. A sight to be seen how he managed the restaurant. Thank you Head Chef. And so, a 5 star is a disservice to this hotel. It is beyond 7 star. See you all upon my next visit... With humble gratitude.... Your anonymous guest"

"This guesthouse exudes cultural charm, having been thoughtfully converted from an old house. However, the biggest issue is its lack of practicality. As an accommodation, guest convenience and functionality should always be the priority. For instance, the vanity area, while beautifully decorated, has an overhead light that isn't directly above the sink. The mirror is also about a meter away, tucked into a corner, which means you can only get a vague reflection. It's impossible to see details, so forget about checking for blemishes or plucking white hairs. The shower stall is incredibly spacious, yet there's no caddy or shelf for toiletries, forcing you to place them on the floor outside the shower. There's no television in the room. The soundproofing for rooms located on the first floor near the entrance is abysmal – it's almost like having no door at all."

"The hotel is well-equipped with a breakfast restaurant and a laundry room, plus underground parking, which is very convenient. The main selling point is its proximity to the high-speed rail station, just a few minutes' walk away. The hot water supply is excellent, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful."

[Laundry] 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (wash and dry) [Breakfast] 7:30 AM - 10:00 AM, breakfast room on the 9th floor (overlooking the high-speed rail station) [Hanfu] 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 60 minutes. Services include eye masks, facial masks, toner, curling irons, and hair oils. The hotel offers a library, gym, and self-service laundry facilities for your leisure and entertainment (smoking is prohibited in indoor public areas)."

"I have stayed here for several times. Let me talk about my experience. I was attracted to this hotel through the Internet. I chose this hotel because I wanted to travel around. The service attitude of the front desk and room staff was good. The hotel waiter Hu Min introduced me to the night tour of the ancient city. At noon, I also went to the National Customs Park, which looked comfortable. Tongren is really beautiful and I felt happy! The young lady's patient guidance made me feel the warmth of home when I came to Tongren. I will choose to stay at her place next time. Although it is an old hotel, the facilities, equipment and personnel are impeccable! come on!"

"As a high-standard hotel in Tongren, its service is inferior to that of the Tongren State Guesthouse and Jinjiang Hotel. The breakfast at 9:18 AM, as shown in the picture, consisted of leftovers! Please explain why we couldn't get anything to eat before breakfast time was over? Didn't our payment include breakfast service? The hotel bedding was terrible. I don't know what material the pillowcases were made of; two stacked together couldn't support my neck, and my neck was incredibly sore after a night's sleep. Absolutely awful!"

"Excellent services and amenities. Free pick up and drop off to train station. Great location, paid taxi service to 梵净山 mountain. Comfortable relative clean rooms. Very good size rooms. Comes with extended breakfast till 11:30am and a perk for me, a gym. Will stay again next time I visit 铜仁."
