The hotel is located in the scenic area, adjacent to Fushan Temple in Biwa Zhulang. If you want to go out and visit the ancient town, unlimited round-trip shuttle buses (24 hours) 3. Go back and forth to the scenic spot (I watched the Flying Spur 2 in Jiaxing during the Chinese New Year) 4. The room is big enough. I like the small study room where I can play Go and checkers with my friends. The hotel has a total of 409 rooms, with 9 room types available, including view rooms, deluxe suites, and deluxe family suites. Wuzhen Tong'an Inn is located in Wuzhen West Scenaric Area. Very convenient location. Decoration theme of the lobby made me felt like I stayed in the ancient house. Facility in room is very good. There is no elevator but hotel staffs helps carried my luggage to my room. Staffs were nice with good service mind but none of them can speak English and I have to use Baidu and Google Translation to talk with them. There are various food for breakfast and the taste is very OK.

We stayed at 16C, restaurant is downstairs and rooms are upstairs. Room is clean and has all the basic necessities such as hair dryer, slipper, toothbrush. Not sound proof so u can hear other guests talking if they don’t lower their volume. Wuzhen is beautiful but was so crowded on Sunday which “ruined” your mood. I believe better to come on weekday / off season.

The hotel excellent. The hotel and street are clean. The room has a large window. Staffs are friendly and professional. Near West zone but far from East zone. Price is reasonable.

Beautifully decorated and spotless The Inn is just 1 minutes walk from the Wuzhen West No2 entrance. The entire property, including the sitting area, breakfast room, and the room we stayed in were spotlessly clean. The Owner was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in around noon as we arrived early. Our room faced the Main Street in front of the Inn but it wasn’t noisy. The room had good AC, and even electric mosquito repellent for those who want to ensure that mosquitoes are not around. ( there wasn’t any in our room). The water pressure was good, and the toilet was well designed and maintained. Our mattress was placed on a low platform. It was ok for us to get up, but may be challenging for those with weak knees or legs. Bedsheets were clean and crisp. The room didn’t have any smell or felt stuffy. We bought the breakfast during check in for ¥20 pp, it was a great value as the good was plentiful and delicious. ( the other restaurants around the block all served traditional Chinese breakfast and seemed a bit heavy for us. Absolutely joy to stay at Eryou , and we highly recommend this place.

It is great to stay in such a wonderful hotel. The room is clean and cosy. Anyway, the femal receptionist at the service customer area near the ticket box and the girl who is in charge of our check-in should be more professional by at least smiling at us when we need help. They were just so annoying. Just one thing that made our trip less intersting. Other things were perfect.
