We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s within walking distance to the Wuzhen Xizha (西栅景区）.

It’s a nice hotel near Wuzhen Scenic Area that you can walk. The owner is kind, he helped us with booking a car to go back to Shanghai with a reasonable price. Good experience 🫶🏻

The hotel was quite good, with clean rooms and a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were helpful, though some services could have been a bit more attentive. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider returning in the future.

The bed and bedding in the room are very comfortable and feel like home.

The location of the hotel is quite good. It is near the Xizha Scenic Area and can be reached on foot. The hotel design is also good. As for hygiene, it is very average. The pillows and quilts have some smell, and the facilities look old. This time I stayed in a room on the first floor. It was noisy at night. I heard the sound of going up the stairs, the sound of water pipes upstairs, and the toilet in the bathroom kept flushing by itself. The experience was average.

A B&B hotel near the entrance of the Wuzhen West Scenic Area with good decoration quality and good value for money. It faces the wall of Wuzhen and can see part of the scenery in the scenic area (the row of B&Bs across the street cannot see the scenic area at all). The rooms were quite full during the drama festival. I wanted to book a room for next weekend but it was sold out.

The store gave me a free upgraded room, which was very comfortable. Outside the window was the Xizha Scenic Area, about 200 meters away from the entrance of the scenic area. There was a cafe on the first floor of the homestay, and the latte I ordered tasted good.

I came from abroad and booked three king-size rooms at Shanlan Hotel in Wuzhen. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and kind. He explained the rooms and tour routes to us in detail, and helped us avoid the hard sales outside. He helped our family of six to bring their luggage up to the room one by one. The whole layout of the room was very good, the environment was clean, and the bed in the king-size room was large and comfortable. Because I came from abroad, I didn't know what to do when I went to Suzhou, the next destination. I added the WeChat of the front desk, and the front desk kindly told us that we could ask them any questions, including eating, drinking and having fun. In the evening, I asked the front desk on WeChat if there was any way to get to Suzhou. The front desk also carefully analyzed with us how to get to the destination, and arranged a vehicle for us 🚗, and explained to us how to check out the next day and where the exit was, because we needed to leave in the early morning.
