Most beautiful place we have stayed in during our China trip. If we ever visit Wuzhen again, we will definitely stay at Splendid Clubhouse. All the staff, from the front desk, to the restaurant servers & concierge, were cheerful & helpful. Food is the restaurant was exquisite. The crispy roast duck is a must-have. Special thanks to 小艾 who made sure we were well taken care of, even when she was off duty.

Great rooms and beautiful hotel, perfectly located in Xi Zha. Food at the chinese restaurant is delicious. Breakfast has both chinese and western choices. Would come again.

The service was impeccable from the moment we checked in at the central terminal with a personal butler at our disposal 24x7. All the staffs were friendly, attentive and always eager to help. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of a busy street yet quiet and peaceful once you are inside the hotel area. We could come back for short rests before continuing on with the sightseeing or shopping. This is very much appreciated when there’s young kids. We totally enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back again for more nights.

Wuzhen is stunning, but it can be tough for foreign visitors with the language and admin stuff. Luckily, the splendid house made everything a breeze. Check-in was smooth, and the service was top-notch throughout. They even helped us sort out transportation. When we left, they walked us to our ride. Big thanks for making our stay so great!

We are family of 3 to stay in family room. The hotel provides service when you reach tourist Centre. Hotel staff will escort you to hotel and front desk help us carry luggage in and out hotel, really great service for those serve me in front desk. Their breakfast are really great with plenty of choices of western and local food. Is a must to try these order to make breakfast.

We are a small family travelling with friends. The service was absolutely amazing. WuZhen staffs will assist you starting from checking in at the visitor center. Hotel staffs are always there to help you with luggages. The room itself has amazing view. Their mattresses are smart-mattresses that can automatically adjust the stiffness. We were satisfied with the stiffness so we didn't meddle with it manually. The toilet! They even provide Dyson hairdryers! Breakfast is order-from-menu. It has a wide range of selections from porridge to french toast. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot.

This stay at Jintang Hotel in Wuzhen was a satisfactory choice. The hotel is located in the middle of the Xizha Scenic Area, with an excellent location; it has complete facilities, clean and tidy, and the internal environment is also very good. It has both the characteristics of an old house and a modern atmosphere, a perfect fusion of ancient and modern. It is particularly worth mentioning that the hotel service, whether it is the butler or the service staff in the lobby and restaurant, is warm and thoughtful, considerate, and the standardized and warm service is touching. When we left the hotel by boat and arrived at the exit of the scenic area, we were really surprised to see the butler Xiao Li waiting on the shore with a smile on his face. He helped with the luggage and sent us to the garage, and said goodbye warmly. Wuzhen, we will choose Jintang again when we come again!

Because we drove here, the housekeeper reserved a parking space in the VIP parking lot in advance and picked us up in the parking lot. Thanks to the upgraded room, you can enjoy the smart big bed, which is adjustable in softness and hardness and is very comfortable. The room is large, smart and quiet! For breakfast, yellow croaker noodles and orange juice are a must. Because the set meal I bought included a lunch, which was another surprise. It was a very high-end dish and delicious! Jintang is located in Xizha Scenic Area, which is simple, quiet, elegant and pleasant. On the first day of arrival, we met Xiao Ai, the housekeeper who had been contacted in advance, in the parking lot. Xiao Ai helped to take the suitcase. We took the shuttle bus to Zhaoming Shushe Station. Xiao Ai took the initiative to take our bags and led us to the hotel through the streets and alleys. The hotel gate is not eye-catching. If there is no one to lead the way, you may miss it. When you walk into the lobby, you will find that there is a different world inside. The hotel is cool and quiet, which is like two worlds with the hustle and bustle in the alley outside. After checking in, Xiao Ai sent us to the guest room and sent desserts. The guest rooms in Jintang are spacious and bright. The guest rooms are delivered with fruits, sachets or eye patches every day. The bathrooms are delivered with bath salts and disposable bath bags every day. The toiletries in the room are also Osudan, and the hair dryer is Dyson. The details are perfect. There are two styles of breakfast, Chinese and Western. The meals are delicious and exquisite. The restaurant environment is elegant. It is very pleasant to sit by the window to enjoy the scenery. The experience of staying in Jintang is comfortable and pleasant. It is a good memory of the trip to Wuzhen~ The wooden door separates the two worlds! Before arriving in Wuzhen, the exclusive butler contacted us one afternoon in advance to inform us of the driving route and reserve a parking space. When we drove into the entrance of Wuzhen, the butler was already waiting at the entrance. He not only helped with the luggage but also guided us to the service center. The hotel has an exclusive pier, but because we arrived late, we took a car into Wuzhen accompanied by the butler Xiao Ai. Along the way, he also explained the cultural history of Wuzhen and recommended the planned tour route strategy. Jintang is in the Wuzhen scenic area. The entrance of the hotel is very low-key, and the ancient style is like an ordinary shop. After entering, there is a different world, and there is a world inside. Part of the old house in the ancient courtyard is still preserved inside for guests to visit. The guest rooms are arranged around the periphery of the courtyard, so as to ensure that each house can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the courtyard. The room we stayed in has a view both inside and outside. There is a beautiful sea of ​​lavender flowers outside the window. The entrance hall corridor facing the inside is made of glass partitions. When the curtains are opened, the small scenery in the courtyard can be seen at a glance. Outside is a sea of ​​flowers, which is so beautiful. Who would have thought that there is such a small world in the water town of Wuzhen? Next to the swimming pool is the restaurant, which is divided into two floors for the convenience of guests to dine. They are all glass walls. Dining on the second floor feels the same as swimming, and both are accompanied by beautiful scenery. Let's talk about the hotel's meals. It is available from 7:30 to 10 am. Breakfast is not a buffet but a la carte, which is very good. All are freshly made and divided into Chinese and Western styles. Jintang has its own Xiangpu pastry shop and a sauce duck shop in the scenic area. The taste is great. There is still a queue at the pastry shop at 9 pm. So if you have breakfast here, you can basically have all the special snacks of Wuzhen, Dingsheng cake, osmanthus black rice, siu mai, and yellow croaker noodles are all super good. Very authentic, very fresh. The housekeeper also recommended the scholar mutton noodles that Prince Zhaoming loved. The Chinese food at Jintang downstairs also has a very good reputation. It is authentic Zhejiang cuisine. Jintang is also in a good location in the scenic area, with convenient transportation. The pier is right outside the door, and the sightseeing bus stop is not far behind. The advantage of staying in the scenic area is that you can visit during off-peak hours, and tickets are included. Get up early in the morning and go out for a walk. The whole town has not yet woken up, so you can enjoy the tranquility alone. When the sun rises and the outside starts to get noisy, I have already hidden back in the hotel to have breakfast, watch a movie, and catch up on sleep. The return trip is the same. The housekeeper will help you carry your luggage and send you to the parking lot. The service is considerate and thoughtful throughout the journey. I am very grateful for the service of the housekeeper Xiao Ai.
