Ideally located when travelling from Bilbao to Portugal. Very clean, large room with comfortable beds. Staff were efficient at the front desk. Did not use the restaurant. Instead, went across the road to Meson del Douro for dinner. Service was quick. If you don’t speak Spanish translate menu online so you know what to order.

El hotel es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Las habitaciones son amplias y el baño tiene una bañera de hidromasaje. Hemos estado durante 6 noches y el trato por parte de todas las trabajadoras ha sido magnífico. Nos han hecho recomendaciones de visitas, lugares para comer, experiencias para disfrutar durante nuestra estancia. Además el precio de la cafetería es más que razonable y los platos son sencillos, abundantes y ricos.
