"From the outside it looks like a much better hotel than what you find inside, although the window awnings are pretty dirty because they are so dirty. The lady who serves you, Isabel, very kind. As soon as you arrive you go up to the room with two glasses of champagne and 2 cookies that are very delicious. But from here...... Wardrobe with only 3 hangers, so if you have to spend a week and unpack your suitcase, then you tell me..... The room we had faced a side street and from 7 in the morning you would hear all the cars passing by. I imagine that the window does not insulate much. Dirty balcony. In this establishment they allow animals, and it is something that they do not say anywhere. Therefore, those who travel with animals will be delighted, but not us. And we discovered it because when walking around the room with the socks, when I took them off to go to the shower there were a few hairs stuck to the sock. And then we found out later, that we saw a girl passing by with 2 greyhounds to the room. If we had known, we would have taken another hotel. Another episode is the bed. The SUPER HARD mattress. Which meant that from 6:30 until 8:45 when we got up, I did nothing but toss and turn in bed, so I have to say that I rested poorly. For breakfast they offer a continental breakfast for €4. Juice from a bottle (even if it had less quantity they should put natural juice), coffee (small cup and not breakfast), cola cao or infusions. The croissant is dry like mojama. It's not worth having breakfast here. Otherwise, normal price for the area, although based on the experience, it is not worth it. We no longer ask about the pool or the gym or other services. If you still decide to stay here, ask for a high floor to avoid noise a little more."

"There is plenty of car parking spaces on the hotel grounds. The staff were friendly, helpful and could speak very good English which was very used as we do not speak Spanish! The hotel is a beautiful old building which had been modernised with consideration. Our room was extremely clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was adequate for our one night stay. The TV only had a news channel availing English, and the TV was an older style so we could not plug in any additional technology. We ate dinner in the restaurant as it would have been too long a walk in the rain. The food was reasonable and the house wine was very good. The cost of the meal though was very over priced. I would stay here again but maybe not have a meal in the restaurant due only to the price. The restaurant staff were lovely."
