I believe that the hotel is excellent, that's why I booked. But I didn't stay because I fall down in tores del paine and broke my wrist. I can't call hotel in my pain and no signal as well. So I hope the management would make a refund on my booking..at least 50% I would appreciate because I have to book another hotel near Punta Arenas hospital. hotel is big, so you are constantly surrounded by guests and do not have a feel like you’re in a remote location. Very strict and inflexible dining hours - you have to book for dinner at a certain time and if you miss it, staff are inflexible with changing the time even though there are lots of availability at the hotel restaurant.

The room is average. The service staff has a fake professional smile. The massif's day trip is not bad! I also recommend the nearby pampa lodge, which is cozy but the food is not as good as Rio.

Hotel well located close to the entrance to Torres del Pine national park. A highlight is the rooms that offer views of the Torre del Pine massifs. A painting through the bedroom window. Highlights include the SPA and swimming pool, which is very good for resting and relaxing at the end of the day. Good breakfast, but not excellent. Restaurant and bar with good ala carte menu options. Very weak wine list for the price of the hotel and the dishes. Still remembering that Chile is a country with so many good winery options.

The facilities are not complete and the sanitation is not up to standard. The room at the beginning smelled like paint, but it was much better after I changed rooms. It is not recommended to stay in a standard room. The one on the first floor has no view and is full of people. The hotel lobby has a good environment, but the surrounding area is deserted. Service is OK.

The facilities are very simple, there is no TV or hot water kettle in the room, and the sanitary conditions are not good. It is like the domestic standard of three and a half stars. It feels very old and outdated, the kind of style that white elderly people like. The superior room has a bathtub. Not clean. Service is ok. What is worth mentioning is the scenery of the hotel. The scenery in the superior room is very beautiful. The location of the hotel is not good. It takes more than an hour to drive to Torres del Paine National Park and more than an hour to the town near the airport. It’s nowhere to be found and has no shops. The price is really not worth it. It’s better to either Stay in Bai Nei, or stay in the town and sign up for a one-day tour. A room worth more than 3k feels like staying in a room worth 1k. If you must stay in this hotel, it is recommended to drive there, otherwise it will cost 200 US dollars to take a taxi and no driver is willing to take you.

The hotel is very close to the south gate of Torres del Paine National Park, and you can see the surrounding snow-capped mountains and glaciers from the hotel. The service attitude is good and the food is rich. There are many horses around the hotel, and the parking lot is full of horse manure. The road into the hotel, like the roads around Torres del Paine, is a washboard road, which does not match the specifications of the hotel.

Environment: The hotel is located at the entrance of Torres del Paine Park, with convenient transportation to scenic spots. The mountain view is beautiful when you look out. Facilities: There is a swimming pool and a spa, but we haven’t made an appointment yet. Hotels in Chile do not have hot water kettles (unlike Argentina), and there is no water in the rooms. For convenience, you can only drink tap water... The travel agency is also in the hotel, which is convenient for booking items, but using a car is more expensive.

After staying for less than a week, I feel that new problems will occur the next day, either the price will be cut off first, or there will be a problem with the shower facilities. The hardware and software can keep up with each other, but if there is a problem, there is still no ability to solve the problem. The service attitude is even worse, who knows who goes there. 🤷 I met several American guests who were also complaining about various problems in the hotel and complaining about the huge difference in hotel room rates and the quality of services provided. It seems that I am not the only one suffering from misfortune. How can I put it this way, I booked this hotel at this price, and I really got my money back.
