Hotel had an unloved feel. Older carpet and furnishings and not the cleanest. Garbage smell from disposal, when we entered the room. Bed sheets smelled. On the positive side, staff was friendly and hotel did offer complimentary breakfast. Office park environment, so it offered a quiet night's sleep.

In town for a wedding and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms need some updating, but they were clean. Convenient location right off of I-75 with several restaurants close by. I would certainly consider staying here again.

Lighting in the room is poor and uncomfortable sofa.
Also you say pet friendly. What about a nonrefundable $100 is friendly. I understand if damages. Should refundable after inspection.

One of the best properties we have stayed at and we travel a lot. We had beautiful, clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend this place. Staff were friendly and we did get a free upgrade to a suite with a fireplace. Very cozy and great experience.
