Horrible experience! We arrived at the hotel around 11 pm with our kids, after a long drive to find out that they overbooked the double rooms and they don't have one for us after our booking was confirmed. They offered a king bed with a pull out couch. Not what we paid for. There was a group of 10 people arriving moments before us, and it looks like they went with a better deal for the hotel - 5 rooms vs one. Very unethical behavior on behalf of the hotel. Every experience we have had at Holiday Inn has been a bad one, will not be staying in these hotels anymore.

Tip City... I had a late check-in here due to personal matters, and it was a difficult day for many reasons, but the hotel bed was really soft, so I think I slept well.

Very nice hotel . Great breakfast. Very clean and friendly service. Went to visit my granddaughter. We had a blast.
