Very good hotel, I stayed with 2 teenagers and they had their own room and I had my own. It was Family suite. Amazing breakfast! Very clean and service was pleasant. Location near by the city. Everywhere walking distance. Only issue we faced there were a construction going on next to the hotel and the noise started at 8am. So just check in the construction update and you may have more pleasant mornings

Rooms - Big, clean and spacious with gorgeous view. Feels like I am living among the clouds. Restaurant - The staffs are really attentive and friendly. - Breakfast has a good spread. Reception and Concierge - Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Spa - Had the hot stone and foot reflexology and love the techniques used by the Sapa masseur. - Staffs and masseurs are friendly. Room for improvement. - It is great that the hotel offers free transfer to Sapa Center/Station. Overall - Had a surprisingly fabulous stay and if I am back to Sapa, I will definitely stay again with Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel.

Silk Path is located a distance away from Sapa Town but the hourly shuttle service made going to the town convenient. The advantage of the location is Silk Path is therefore quieter. The grounds are beautiful. I love the room and the view. Breakfast comes with a wide variety of food, and the gym and pool offer options to burn the calories off. What makes Silk Path stand out in the exceptional service. I totally enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to my friends, and stay there for my future visits.

This is a great place to stay if you want to get away and enjoy the natural surroundings of Sapa. It is located deep in the mountains, about a 15 minute taxi ride from downtown. The rooms are well spaced out so it's very quiet and relaxing. You don't encounter other guests very often. The cleanliness of the rooms is very good, especially the gorgeous wooden bathrooms. There is a fireplace where you can roast sweet potatoes. There is also an infinity pool, although it is not large, and an outdoor cafe where you can see the mountains of Sapa from the cliff. At the on-site restaurant, you can get a meal for two people with two dishes, rice, and tea for about $35. It's not expensive considering it's a resort. Staff were not familiar with English, which was inconvenient, but they were friendly. I don't recommend the massages - the therapist who worked on me wasn't very friendly and wasn't very good. Other than being a bit far from downtown, it's a perfect place to stay. I was happy throughout my stay.

We stayed here for just 1 night after doing a 3 day hike. When we got to the hotel we accidentally went to what I think must have been a booking desk rather the reception but the staff at the desk didn't understand we were trying to check into the hotel so it took a while to be directed to the reception desk. The reception staff was very nice and gave us some delicious tea on arrival. The room was very spacious with big windows but the beds were very hard. The walls were a bit thin and we could here the room next to us quite clearly. We didn't get to have the breakfast as we has to leave early on the bus.

Room was comfortable and nice. Beautiful view from the room. Breakfast buffet spread was pretty good too. Quite convenient too, you can get to the city by walking 5-10mins via the backdoor. What impress most was the friendly staff who were very accommodating to our request. We had already checked out at 12pm, but our train back to Hanoi was only at night. There were public shower rooms at the lobby and they provided us with towels to freshen ourselves up after the morning hike to the village.

When we stayed it felt as though the hotel was just waking up after covid. There were few guests, but then Vietnam is still only has 30% of the tourisys it had pre covid. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfasts were plentiful, with lots of options and well cooked. I cant not give it 5 stars on that front. However the location is not great. There are hotels with better views but at a higher cost. If the location/view is unimportant then this is a quality hotel

Excellent staff, very attentive and helpful. Great location, right by the market and short stroll to the centre. Nice big rooms and choice of warm freshly made food at the breakfast. The owner and all his staff are lovely and will make extra effort to help you with anything you need.
