clean and nice place, great view too despite the rain. balcony and room was well maintained and everything else was great. breakfast buffet was okay and had an extensive range of variety (if you’re not picky) as they changed their dishes slightly everyday. staff were attentive and friendly. location was great as well with alot of massage parlors, convenience stores and F&B outlets (Casa Italia Pizza Restaurant within 2 mins walk a must go!!)

Overall great experience We stayed one night in the city view room and another in the valley view room. Both rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean Standard breakfast options are available Restaurant has great view of the valley and mountains The restaurant manager (we didnt ask her name) was friendly and professional and helped us with suggestions for our sightseeing

Almost perfect stay. Clean bedding, TV with netflix and youtube, magnificent mountain view from the hotel. Sub-par service. Toilet not so clean, with mouldy glass shower divider, awesome rain shower.

Sapa is a very nice place to visit to see mountains. The location within 15min walking to sun plaza to purchase train ticket to fansipan cable car.

I stayed with my husband for two nights. We loved the hotel! Especially the service from Mr. Chu made the stay more enjoyable 😄. The room condition was very good and cozy, view was also perfect.

Amazing view from the balcony! Sapa centre is 10 minutes walk away which is convenient but also away from the noise. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. A complimentary tea break was provided and that was a nice touch! Really enjoyed my stay.

Staff were incredibly helpful great location fantastic view. Bed and room were comfortable and very pleasing. Highly rate this hotel. Spent the day after at Fansipan mountain, also spectacular to visit.

This hotel is in a great location along the Main Street in Sapa. Just a few minutes’ walk from several restaurants and coffee shops. Rooms are clean and spacious. Balcony rooms have a lovely view of the mountains. Breakfast was very underwhelming, though. We enjoy both western and Vietnamese breakfast. We didn’t find great choices from either selection. Cold eggs, cold waffles, and lukewarm noodles. Stay here, but don’t waste your money on their breakfast.
