No one has lived in Ctrip, so it is the first review, write down the real review:
Advantages: clean, rooms, bedding, and toilets are very clean and tidy, 2 looks like a legendary motel (I haven't lived in it, I don't know what a motel is, I thought it might be a car modification called a motel, There is an exquisite old car at the entrance of this hotel. My friend said it might be a motel đ , I donât know.) But we have done a lot of art fountains. The entire yard is also clean, orderly, safe, and absolutely safe. There are lobby and two The very formal front desk looks and wears pretty nice including talking, so security is no problem. There is free milk, ice water, coffee supply in the small lobby, there is a long bar, and there is another one when you go out. The small swimming pool looks very clean)
Disadvantages: The 17-square-meter house really feels small and compact, the bed is 1.5 meters, it is really small for two people, and the air conditioner is very loud.
I didnât take the real scene of the hotel. Itâs almost the same as the hotel itself, but the simple room catalog is very interesting. It should be counted as our domestic bed and breakfast. I saw the sanitation cleaner during the checkout. Wow, Iâm in good shape. Beautiful black girl
Tucson made a temporary decision. It was because the rooms became dissatisfied during various major exhibitions. Or else the price of 4 points or more was not decent. The AC Marriott in the city center last year has been more than 4,000 and nearly 5,000. In fact, the hotel rooms are not only large. Itâs clean. The facilities in other rooms of the brand hotel are fine, so after thinking about the domestic epidemic, Iâd better save some. I can also buy more masks. Finally, I looked at it on the booking and the evaluation was pretty good. I forgot the high score of 8.5 or 9.1. Most of the comments were clean and safe. It was 1500 on the day and I made a reservation for one day. In the next two days, I chose the Four Points by Sheraton Airport Hotel with a score of 4.2 because it was the next two days. The price is good for 1,300 and there is a room for a night. It was confirmed later that it was quite clear. The hotel next to the airport occupies the largest area and the hotel environment is good.

Expectations were somewhat higher due to the reviews. Maybe it was the room itself which was spacious and clean but the bathroom was mostly the problem. It was too big, very cold due to leaky windows and no heater. Slow drains all around, faucet about to come off, could use an entire makeover. It was very cold during our stay so the room heater was working almost 24/7. Heater temp and air temp didn't feel right, sometimes not enough heat, other times too warm. Could not regulate the temperature well, plus with all the leaky windows, maybe that was the best it could do under the circumstances. Best part of the room was it was upstairs and the view was very nice, if you ignored all the noise from the staff maintenance area. The breakfast buffet was okay, slight variation each morning but the wait staff was not very friendly and not attentive at all. One coffee refill would of been nice, which most of us had to ask for and half the time they never came back. If they were real busy, we could understand but being close to the kitchen area, you could hear them talking and not attending to the clientele. Will not be going back anytime soon.

We stayed at the Doubletree when we dropped off our daughter at U of A. The property is a little dated but fine. When we checked in, the gave us a room in the court yard area of the hotel. The court yard wing is a two story building that is separate from the main hotel which is about a 10 story building. We were on the second floor and immediately upon entering the room it smelled musty and my wife said it smelled like cigarettes. We also noticed that the AC wasn't working very well and called down to the front desk to get another room. They said that no other rooms were available and that it was monsoon season and the AC struggled to keep up. After spending a hot nigh in the room, we left that day to move our daughter into U of A. When we returned, the room was still warm and I called down to the front desk and again asked if we could get another room. The answer was no and then I asked to speak to the manager. Alex the manager called me back and apologized for poor AC and agreed to discount our room because of the issue. He also sent a maintenance person up to look at the AC and bring us a fan. The maintenance person said that after an adjustment the AC was blowing seven degrees cooler. I am not sure that was a the case but maybe it got a little better, not sure. Anyway, we ended up leaving a day early and ate the last night of our stay. Speaking with Alex the manger, it sounds like the problem is confined to the court yard area and that the main building is fine. I would just say buyer beware if you are considering staying here during the hot summer months.

Are this hotel has a gorgeous exterior and foyer. When we arrived at 3:06 PM we were told our room was not ready yet and it would be at least one hour. The clerk apologized and added 5000 points to our rewards. This was a bit disconcerting as we were weary from our travels. Our breakfast the next morning was very sparse. There were no eggs of any kind, not even hard boiled ones. There were none of the famous cinnamon rolls. This hotel did not meet our expectations as we are IHG rewards members and we expect the abundant breakfast that we have at most other properties. Also the flag on the outside was tattered. This is the American flag that should always be in good condition.

We stayed 4 nights at the end of May and found this hotel to be a pleasure. The room was clean and stocked and very large for my family of 3. Staff were very friendly. Parking was a little tight especially since it was a holiday weekend but never had an issue. Plenty of places to eat in the area and pool was nice. Their restaurant was not opened yet but the breakfast seemed packed every morning. The hotel could use a little updating and fixing up. Some loose outside tiles by one of the entry gates and are room could have used a new coat of paint to hide the evidence that there was once a major roof leak but still enjoyed the room. AC unit was loud when watching tv but at least it was cold air. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the future.

Outstanding
GGuest UserI had a wonderful relaxing stay for a week in August when I stayed in Tucson while my son started as a freshman at the University of Arizona. The Inn is just a couple of blocks walk from the University in the Sam Hughes neighbourhood, which I felt very safe walking through by myself. The Inn is a true oasis in the desert, with a beautiful garden, sparkling swimming pool, a magnificent 3 course breakfast cooked by Dina every morning and spacious, immaculately clean bedrooms beautifully decorated with local Arizona crafts and furnishings. I stayed in the Casita room which had a separate lounge room and was separate from the main building so I felt like I had plenty of space to myself but could also chat with the other guests at breakfast. Dina made lovely banana muffins and there were snacks and plenty of bottled water we could enjoy during the day which I really appreciated. The inn felt like my own home in Tucson, with free wifi, a mini fridge, coffee machine, microwave, air conditioning and 2 TVs in my room and Dina was absolutely the best hostess. Not only was she an amazing cook but she gave me great tips on places to visit like Tombstone and the Desert Museum. I stayed at 2 other hotels in Tucson during my stay but neither came even slightly close to the Adobe Rose Inn. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you so much to the Adobe Rose Inn and Dina for such a lovely stay.
GGuest UserI heard a noise scratching in the mattress, that woke me up. I called to the front desk and the lady did come up right away. She heard the noise twice herself. I was moved to a king suite at 11:00 pm. I was checking out at 11:00 am the next morning. I asked the manager for one night of room comp while checking out. He said that I was moved to a king suite. That was only for a couple of hours. I didn't get the full benefits of the suite for several reasons. The nightstand in the bedroom didn't have a table lamp nor a ceiling light. The only light was from the main living room or the bathroom outside of the bedroom. I didn't turn the TV on because I had to get back to sleep to be up on time to pack and checkout. I asked did they find out what it was in the mattress? I was told no. Kind of strange you put the room out of services and found nothing. A staff member heard the same noise, hit the mattress and heard the noise again.
GGuest UserCheck-in was smooth. I was fortunate to get an upgrade to Executive Level so breakfast was complimentary, and we stayed on the top floor. Thank you, Katherine!! Our room faced north and had a great view of the beautiful mountains. Very nicely decorated room, spacious, very firm bed (my wife liked it better than I did), comfortable settee. Beautiful walk-in shower (no tub). Breakfast buffet was fine but not great (lower-quality bacon, instant eggs vs real, good fresh cut fruit and pastries; they also had potatoes, cold cereal, oatmeal, and more). They did have excellent chicken wings at dinner time at the on-site restaurant. Overall we found the staff to be pleasant, providing good service. It's a fun hotel visually, has glass elevators, and it was a good value, even before the generous upgrade.
GGuest UserPrice wasnât bad. As a whole the hotel looks pretty good, lobby area was nice, employees were friendly. But first I booked a double Queen and they moved my family of 4 to a single king and gave me a rollaway. At first glance the room looked ok but upon closer look it was fairly dirty. Dead bugs in all the lights, stains on the bedding, dead bug smashed on the wall, markings and dirty on the walls. Doors have a sizeable gap at the bottom and walls are thin so you hear everything. And during the 3 nights we were here people were very loud and inconsiderate of other guests, slamming doors, running down the hallway. The rollaway was completely stained over most of the bed. Over all very meh stay.
GGuest UserAlways a good sign when you stay at the same place a second time. We like to get the 2-bedroom suite (with loft) when we come to Tucson because it's a lot of space to spread out for the four of us. Full kitchen, two bathrooms, the works. Breakfast was included in a grab-and-go format. It had a fair amount of choices, though the egg burritos were inedible. Service was fine, and the room was clean. Barking dogs in an adjacent unit, but otherwise quiet. It was a little chilly in the room, and there was no easy way to raise the heat or find thick blankets. Overall, still a great place, and we would likely come back a third time.
GGuest UserI read a lot of reviews on this place prior to booking which were mixed, but tried to ignore the bad because I needed an affordable option. The property itself it very nice, it looks like it was quite the resort when new, itâs just a little tired. Carpets in common area were old and dirty, but I did see someone cleaning them on my last day. Being an animal friendly hotel, the room did have an unpleasant smell, but I bought a couple air fresheners and it helped. I had a third floor room with a pool and Mountain view, it was a large corner room and that was really nice. Fitness center was ok, dumbbells were missing. Breakfast had a lot of options and they tried to have different options every day. Staff was friendly. If they replaced the carpet, it would really make a big difference. Overall, I felt safe, did not see any bugs, and would stay here again.
GGuest UserWonderful location near the airport. The room was very spacious and quite comfortable. The pool is heat year round and was very nice to have available. The on site restaurant breakfast buffet was decent enough for the price. Complimentary cookies upon check-in was also a nice touch. Locked myself out of the room and it was not a hassle to get back in. Also, grabbing sna KS from the self serve kiosk and billing them to the room before swimming was super convenient.
GGuest UserThe front desk âmanagerâ, Sylvia, was extremely rude. I called to try to resolve an issue with my husbandâs reservation since he was at work at the time, Sylvia answered and before I could finish explaining why I was calling she began talking over me and telling me that I was wrong about my husbandâs reservation. I tried explaining, offering solutions, or just speaking in general, but she is just such a poorly trained and rude employee that she would not allow me to say more than a few words without speaking over me. The thought occurred to me that perhaps she couldnât hear me very well and I started speaking more loudly and not stopping when she would interrupt me. That resulted in her claiming that I was yelling, screaming and insulting her. She declared that she was cancelling my husbandâs reservation and wanted my people (because my brother in law that was there in the lobby doesnât speak EnglishâŠHispanicsâŠmy people) out of HER hotel and then she hung up on me. I called back and asked if she hung up on me and she admitted that she did and that she was not going to tolerate being yelled and cursed at. I never yelled and I certainly never cursed. She just kept repeating herself and hung up again. My brother in law said that he spoke with her at length before I called and she was very rude to him as well and made comments with racist tones to him as well. I looked at the reviews just now before posting and was so shocked (or maybe I should have expected it) to see that many others had almost identical experiences to mine. How does she still work there? The manager Paul called me at one point after Wyndham customer service reached out to him, but I think he did so without realizing I was a customer and once he realized he disconnected and blocked my number (really weird). Iâve seen Paulâs cookie cutter responses on several of the bad reviews on here, so Iâm not sure if anyone will take this complaint seriously. Bottom line: Sylvia is rude, argumentative, should never work in any form of customer service, called me âhorribleâ because I asked her to *please* allow me to speak, and she is probably racist. Knowing all this, management still allows her to work there. Beware.
GGuest UserInitially, we booked just one night to check the hotel out but ended up staying 5 nights!! We loved the accommodations. The suite-style room was great, the bed was very comfortable, and it was super quiet. Parts of the hotel are still being refurnished so the hallway carpeting is in need of replacement but our room was in good shape. The hot breakfast buffet is also very good with scrambled eggs, beans, potatoes, meat, & pancakes. The location was also great as we were close to the Huckleberry Loop & biked different sections of it everyday. What awesome network of trails!! There were only a couple of negatives, the room temperature was hard to control & there were limited TV channels available but that definitely wouldnât stop us from staying here again! It was a great stay!
TTarvinSecurity is protective. Maintenance is on the ball and if something needs to be fixed they come and fix it right away. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and courteous and will help you with what we you need. If you need a quick cheap stay then this is it. If you want to stay longer then that can happen too but no it is not a extended stay, though for $280 will get you a weeks stay! It isn't the most fancy upper class it has caring and chill vibes.
