Avoid this place. They DO NOT have airport shuttle and do not answer the phone. Place is out of the way from everything, and you need to take a cab or uber to get there and back. Very costly.

If you're thinking of booking a room, don't bother. I booked a week in advance only to be told with a shrug that my room wasn't available. Instead of apologizing, the woman behind the counter played victim. We settled for a smaller room, and when we got to the room, the room was dirty and the toilet was full of bright yellow piss. We didn't stay more than a few hours and checked out without staying the night - still charged for the full price though. I think Ramada by Wyndham must be buying good reviews because you'd have a better stay in the airport parking lot.

A clean comfortable room for very good price. Lots of parking. If you want accommodation for a night near the airport while in transit, this is the place to stay. Writing this review after nearly 10 months, one still has a warm feeling about the place.

Worse place to stay, rude people ,dirty bathrooms, waited 45 minutes at the airport to be picked up by shuttle after calling three times and got yelled at by the from desk lady. Shuttle driver unprofessional, throwing suitcases on the back of the van.

Great stay at this hotel, nice and quiet, heat worked well, beds are soft and comfortable, great customer service by lady at front. I was super impressed with the room for the price, and the proximity to the Airport. Very clean and had some great amenities onsite. All in all, a nice stay overall.

This place is hands down the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at or even been inside. (And I work for a hotel in Florida if that tells you anything). The staff was extremely rude and did not accommodate for anything. I asked for new sheets 4 times (for over 2 hours) before I got actual clean sheets (with a side of a disgusting attitude from the front desk). The ones I originally had looked like someone literally put it on the floor and took muddy boots and stepped all over it. The bathroom was horrendous. The ac barely worked. The elevators are sketchier than the staff working here. And I literally feel like bugs have been crawling on me since I walked in. Oh and when I told the front desk about these issues (and offered to show pics) I got a ignored and then a “I’ll send someone up” under her breath after telling me the manager was out until NEXT week so there was “nothing they can do”.

This hotel is quite old which would have been fine if they maintain cleanliness there are cockroaches in our room and bathroom. Theres a hole on the wall and hair in the bathroom drainage and floor from previous occupants. Breakfast was so-so worst I would say coffee tasted like water

Having just disembarked from our cruise ship at 8:00am, our flight was not until the next day. We booked this room in order to give us some cushion in our schedule and to enjoy an extra day in the Pacific Northwest. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were told that we could not keep our bags with un in the lobby until our room was ready. Instead, they would store them in an unlocked, unsecured meeting room. Furthermore, we would not be allowed to be in this room to keep an eye on them. When we asked why, we were told, "this is our policy". So, luckily we were able to pay $300 and have our flight moved to that day so that we did not have to stay and risk having our luggage ransacked and/or stolen. The facility was run down and the area by the public restroom on the ground floor smelled nauseatingly bad. Our friends, unfortunately, were not able to fly that day and stayed overnight after taking their bags to the airport so they could watch them until check-in time. Their first room smelled so bad they requested another one. The second room had grossly dirty carpet and was in poor disrepair. The poor guy at the front desk did his best to help, but was hamstrung by irrational policies, a run down poorly maintained facility, and management/ ownership who had an apparent contempt for customer wellbeing.

There is not shuttle to airport, staff wasn't very understanding of our flights, no late check out provided and bathroom shower was clogged and water not draining Not very satisfied with this stay at all.

When we arrived, no one was tending the front desk and we waited 20 minutes to be checked in. The rooms were lacking in cleanliness and the air conditioner worked only intermittently. The beds had large metal panels surrounding them that banged loudly when bumped.

Staff was not willing to fix all the problems we encountered. They hung up on us when we asked them to hook up the TV and get it working. We had no TV for the whole weekend and also no microwave as promised.
