This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in during my trip to Europe. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the city centre and the train station. The hotel is like a noble palace, the public areas and rooms are very good, and the breakfast is good. What surprised me the most was that I arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock in the morning, and I was able to stay in the room directly, which is very rare in Europe.

The newly renovated hotel was reopened. The front desk service was very good. Stayed in a big bed room near Piazza XVIII Dicembre, the rooms are spacious, fully equipped and WiFi is fast. The view of the open windows is unobstructed. The price is still very reasonable during non-holiday holidays, it is recommended!

This was our third visit to this hotel and as always we enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival our allocated room was not very good but it was changed quickly and easily by the front desk staff. The replacement room was good and modern. The only complaint we have is that the shower cubicle is far too small. Large people will have great difficulty getting in and out let alone actually washing. Additionally the hotels location is good, being close the Porta Susa railway station. No need for a taxi. The restaurant across the road is recommended as is the Sushi restaurant just around the corner at the top of the Via Cernaia. Turin is nice city with not too many tourists and wealth of excellent places to see and places to eat at. We have been visiting Turin for 16 years as our son lives here - we love it. Enjoy your stay.

Breakfast buffet is ordered in the early night and then in the morning you will find a striming breakfast with insufficient amount to not talk about the poor quality. They don't even bring you the dishes, and if you ask them they bring you one or two, and nevertheless not for all presents at the table. If you ask a bread more, the answer is: I'm sorry, but the bread is over! In other words, nothing to do, for a hotel of a certain level I think breakfast is important ..... and then you pay 8,00 euro little nothing.
