夜遅くまでチェックイン可能なアパートホテル
静かなエリア
キッチンも冷蔵庫も申し分無し
フロントが遅くまでやってるので助かった。
対応も良かった。
車庫は有料だが、勧める。
ホテル前の路上駐車は安全な雰囲気じゃ無かった。

Grand appartement
En fait ce n'est pas une chambre mais un appartement très grand avec tout l'équipement pour faire un repas.
Le lit est confortable et la salle de bain grande. Très propre et bien insonorisé.
L'hôtel est dans un quartier calme et à 10mn du centre de Turin en voiture.
Le petit déjeuner est dans un restaurant juste à côté. Le choix est minimaliste mais correct.

Receptionist diurna con voce quasi flautata, quello notturno assai gentile come la ragazza addetta alle colazioni, veloce ed efficiente. Peccato che sia raggiungibile di fatto solo in auto. Stanza pulita. Ma sicuramente quando torno a Torino se sarò in auto alloggerò ancora lì.

Struttura molto carina, ma il personale è tra i peggiori che abbia mai incontrato. Al momento dell’arrivo, nessuno sorride e quasi sembra che ti facciano un fabore ad accoglierti. Chiedo il parchegguo dell’auto interno e sbuffando mi viene detto di parvheggiarla su, ma se proprio devo allora posso metterla giu La sera chiedo alla reception se c’è un bar, ma la risposta è stata “siamo in periferia” non ve ne sono di bar qua. Al mio, “volevo solo un caffe” mi viene indicata la macchinetta del caffe. Poteva esser detto gentilemente ma l’operatore ha optato diversamente. Mattino successivo, scendo per far colazione, al mio 3º buongiorno, vengo finalmente considerato… Chiedo info per il parco Valentino, e fra tentennamenti e sbuffi decidiamo di cercare anzi su google. Insomma, struttira e posizione ideali… Il personale, ahime, è quello che è..
