This is our 1st time experience visiting here. The facility is Lovely with beautiful architecture and details. The staff was courteous and new building is amazing. The hotel honoured my request for a high floor but instead of overlooking the pool. The pool area is large. And at top floor.

The hotel is on bypass to ujjain roughly about 10-15 minutes from major temples. Choose executive room as they are spacious avoid Saturday - Monday as crazy rush in ujjain and in hotel. The food quality is good but they have repetitive breakfast menu, we had three times breakfast and every day they had practically same menu. The restaurant staff are courteous especially Neeraj service staff, he was knowledgeable and took great care. Prefer battery operated rickshaw if you are 4 people it's comfortable and they would charge around 80 rupees. Since this hotel has mix of tourist , pilgrimage and event's people.

Hotel Imperial the best hotel in ujjain at very reasonable cost The food is also good Rooms are also neat and clean They also have there own travel desk here which is available at any time. The driver is also very helpful in nature. We had an wonderful stay here.......

We checked in at night on the 20th. The hotel was easy to find. The staff is courteous and the room is clean. The towels need to be better and an extra bedsheet under the quilt should be provided. Overall a comfortable stay

It is very nice hotel. Very hygienic and beautifully managed. Staff is very cooperative

Booked two rooms for three night with breakfast.All three dayes hotel served the same breakfast Paratha and sandwich .No other option.checkin late night .No body at reception.staff sleeping on floor in front of reception desk.Lift buttons are very hard. Difficult to operate.Food is not good . Room are not cleaned. Wadrobe is broken, doesn't have doors. Bathroom walls and floor has stains, flush is not workinv properly. 3 night 2 Rooms family trip, 15 April 2022
