The service is quite good..cleanliness needs to be improved, especially in the pool area. The floor around the pool is already covered in moss, it is feared that children will slip and the chairs in the pool area need to be replaced. Many of them are rusty. The cleanliness of the rooms also needs to be improved. The floor is a bit dirty, there are lots of food scraps from previous guests and the sheets are dirty.
