Location is convenient and walkable distance from Bus Terminal. Single room clean and enough for one person. Breakfast is served but suggest go downstairs bef 8:30am else there might not too much left. It is great to have laundry room to use. Overall it’s a good choice as affordable accommodation.

Nice room. Elevator is clean.. service not bad..but bring your own toothbrush.. toothpaste.. etc.. shampoo and conditioner and body wash only is available inside the room.. breakfas is not bad.. normal breakfast.. unkike TOYOKO INN BUSAN.. breakfast is good heavy meal..❤️❤️❤️

The location is pretty convenient so that we can walk and look around Lotte mart and Hyunda department store. The room is so clean enough to make me feel refresh. I had a tight sleep. The breakfast is the best one i have had ever. I will go and stay there next time when i have a chance.

Simple and all available hotel, reasonably priced whereby location is strategically located at Samsan, the centre of Ulsan.

The hotel is in the city center, close to shopping malls and restaurants, coffees etc. and also very close to the Ulsan Intercity Bus Terminal. Plus if you coming from Taehwagang Station you can reach the hotel by walking too. They have 24h reception and they speak english. The room was very standard, nothing special, but quite clean and compared to other places I stayed in Korea, the mattress wasn't extremely hard, but perfect. Apperantly there's a buffet breakfast until 9:30, but I couldn't try, because I slept in. Would choose Toyoko Inn again anywhere.

The location of this hotel is easy to find. Clean room and the accommodation is good.

Good all around, would be nice if they had wireless charging available. Didn’t stay for the breakfast, the check out time is 10 am, a little too early

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hotel. Firstly, it’s the first hotel that I have stayed in that requires its guests to check out at 10AM and we had to rush taking a bath, packing our luggage and more then we had to pay an extra 11000 KRW for the late checkout. And could you believe that there are no toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste etc) provided and that you have to purchase them at a drinks vending machine on the ground floor. What’s more, the whole hotel hasn’t been updated in a while as some of their devices, amenities and others seemed like they were from the early 2000s; even their advertisements in the elevator shows 2008. One last thing that really disappointed me was that in the whole hotel there were no utensils at all so please don’t bother asking for any spoon, fork, knife etc. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

The place is amazing, it was on my end that I end up drunk and I puke, the staff was very gentle when contact me for a cleaning fee, I felt so bad because the place was so nice. But thanks to Trip.com costumer service and the hotel staff everything was fixed without issues, definitely I’ll be back
