Hygiene: Quite average, there is no comparison with domestic ones; Environment: First of all, the area is super small, with a bed and a wardrobe, and there is basically no space to move around. Secondly, the bathroom is less than 1 square meter, separated by a curtain, which is outrageously narrow. Then there is the sleeping situation. If you are the kind of person who can fall asleep even if you beat gongs and drums, you can enter without a brain. But it is not recommended for ordinary people. First of all, the downstairs is a bar, KTV and teahouse. The music will not stop before 3 o'clock every night. I communicated with the front desk, and they did turn down the music, but it is impossible to turn it off, so I fell asleep at 3 o'clock every morning. In addition, Friday and Saturday are carnival nights, and the people downstairs will sing until 1 o'clock in the morning. This cannot be stopped. In other words, they don't care about your life or death. Whether you can fall asleep is not within their consideration. Although the bed is 1.5 meters or 1.8 meters, it is not integrated. It is 2 small beds put together, so there is a clear sense of division in the middle, and the sleeping feeling is very poor! Service: The attitude of the hotel front desk is okay, and they kindly told me that it would be much cheaper to take an Uber taxi than a taxi. Here is a piece of advice to all Chinese people: If you take a taxi, the fare depends on the conscience of the driver. If he is conscientious, he will charge the normal fee or a little more. If he wants to cheat you, you can't escape (an Indian driver charged me 130 Australian dollars for a 20-minute journey!). It is recommended to only take the taxi of white or Chinese people. Facilities: Nothing to say, nothing remarkable.

It's nice because it's close to the exhibition hall.

The hotels in Sydney, Australia are generally quite satisfactory, and you need to do Check-In on the isolated bar. Breakfast is just bread, biscuits, milk and other food, don't expect it.

We only ate in the pub. The food was excellent. I had fish and Chips and Hubby had stir fry chicken. Good portions. Drinks were good also. This pub also serves filet mignon and ribeye steaks! This is a locals type business. Friendly and very nice. Definitely stop here. This is why we try to stop at a place where the locals go.

The room I stayed in faced Hunter Street it was clean but definitely felt like previous occupants had done some damage that hadn't been fully repaired. I liked the shower in that it was nice to have a shower head well above my head being tall(6'4"). I was only there one night unfortunately it was the same night as a young person having their birthday, possibly 18th. The music was cranked up around 7pm and never went down well not sure when it went down as I did manage to fall asleep after 9:30pm but it was disappointing. The airconditioning worked which was good as that day in Sydney was 30c, hot for me. The biggest failing I found was the fact it seems smoking is allowed in Pubs in Sydney unlike Hobart maybe not inside but the 'outdoor' area is covered over and has big glass doors which open up into the main pub so having a meal while someone is having their cigarette(or cancer stick) was not pleasant as it wafted throughout the pub area. The other small issue is the outer door which is next door to the main pub door on Hunter St doesn't close itself to latch so although you have a key to unlock it if you don't pull it shut it won't latch itself and anyone off the street could walk in. I didn't have breakfast there but it was offered, mainly continental style. I loved the fact the room had a mini-fridge and two complimentary bottles of water which I put in the fridge the night before to chill them ready for the next day. If I knew there wouldn't be smokers or karaoke birthday parties I have no issue staying here again in future. But due to the security issue with the outside door(entry) I am unsure if I would. Finally from what I could see it's not designed with Wheelchairs in mind, no lift and only stairs to get up to the room level so even those with potential other mobility issues may find it difficult.

the pluses Food at the restaurant was good. Helpful staff. Limited breakfast included, make it yourself (eat it on the floorbor in your room). ie Toast, cereal, tea. the minuses Cockroach in bed included. Loud music in the bar downstairs (below our room) until very late. No lift, very narrow stairs for lifting heavy luggage. No parking.

“Best in RUDENESS and SARCASM” I hate to argue, but she made us feel unwelcomed and belittled. Hotel and food itself are nice, just a let down in terms of guest service. She acts nice but you’ll know that you were being ridiculed and treated like a dum dum.

This was a real find. The staff are so nice and helpful. The room really nice and the food is amazing. All at a very reasonable price and walking distance to Darling Harbour. Parking was a little tricky, but next time we will get the train into Sydney and this will be the best place to stay. The set up for breakfast was unreal, and all so clean and new for such a beautiful old building in the heart of Sydney. Love this place.

Une adresse intéressante car un peu à l'écart de l'agitation de la ville et donc avec des prix plutôt moins chers qu'ailleurs, avec au rez-de-chaussée de quoi manger un morceau ou boire un verre de bière.
