I had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel's location made it easy to explore the city. Highly recommended!

Budget hotel with clean bed and toilet and good wifi fulfill budget travelers needs. Water is available in the reception area and plenty of parking space. There are mamak nearby, also very near to the Lost world of Tambun.

The room is spacious and comfortable but the pillows for sleeping are too little.. the others so far ok. The most important thing is this hotel is very close to Lost world Tambon.. just 3 minutes away. For those who come a big family is very suitable book this hotel.. The price is worth it.

I'm thrilled to share that my stay at Sunway Onsen Hospitality Suites from December 10th to December 12th, 2023, was truly delightful. For those hotel goers, it’s not recommended to stay. The concept is similar to Air bnb and very hassle to communicate with hotel management for hotel check in/out information and instructions. No information earlier mentioned that deposit to bank transfer was required but luckily we have local bank account to do so in last minute. Overalls service apartment was clean , cozy with amazing view.However it won’t stay us again due to transition was inconvenient.
