Everything went great. Top hotel

we have choosed the room while booking the hotel and when checking-in they just give us the room keys and when we enter inside the room firstly they didn’t provide us the same room that we paid/choosed ,secondly the room was so dirty and without cleaning seems like someone just checked out and leave like that .we told to the receptionist but he came and just took the video in his mobile phone and nothing else. nothing worth it according to their price and service. not recommended

Needs maintenance and it needs air conditioning, We stayed in room 121. Ground floor and it had no air conditioning. Also paint in ceiling in the shower was falling off. Breakfast was typical continental with some options for fruit. Staff tried to help but could not move us as fully booked. Thanks

Once again we were spoiled. Also worth mentioning is the spacious and bright restaurant and the friendly service. The breakfast buffet is very extensive - top notch. The room met our expectations (modern and functional furnishings).

Beautiful hotel. Perfect for seminars or training courses, as the hotel is really designed for such events. For a holiday stay, the rooms are not comfortable enough and there is not enough space, despite the superior room. Food and service are excellent.

We enjoyed a very good dinner. We really appreciated the small aperitif plate. The plates were beautifully presented. The service was great and very friendly. We will definitely come back.

-The stay and the hospitality were very pleasant. -The price-performance ratio is right. A small suggestion: the pillow was missing. -What is not so pleasant is that the rating has to be made using this description (field), which is too time-consuming.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seminarhotel Aegerisee. Both the room and the surroundings contribute a lot to our well-being and enjoyment. The rooms are modern, the staff very friendly and service-oriented. The only thing we find is that the fitness room is too small and not well-equipped.

Courteous reception, uncomplicated check-in, even in the middle of the night. Breakfast was very good and everything was there, very good bed, nice bathroom and great with a coffee maker and free mineral water.

room without hot water! We had to move our personal belongings ourselves when we returned around 11 p.m.! no assistance was offered! no reduction for breakfasts not eaten but included in the room price!! curious method. For what. not separate the price of the room and that of breakfast? All carpets are stained: hall, elevator, bedroom!

I was able to enjoy a wonderful, relaxing weekend. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Wishes were always fulfilled. The wellness area/fitness facilities are functional. I will definitely come back.

the room was very nice, already renovated and in a quiet location, internet worked well, the staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also very good, due to covid there was no buffet but it was served very nicely and sufficiently, coffee was ok, but if you ask for it you get a good coffee from the machine at the bar

Dear team at the Seminar Hotel Ägerisee. I found my stay very pleasant and there was a very calming atmosphere, especially in the dining area. The food was very good and the buffet at breakfast was great. At lunch and dinner, however, the plates could have been hotter. In the evening, I noticed that the service didn't ask for drinks much. They could have sold a lot more drinks, be it wine or something else. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel and I would come back. I would like to thank the team for their hospitality.

The hotel is in a good location and, depending on the room, you have a lovely view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well-equipped - generally a very good impression. The rooms are equipped with everything you need.
