This Super8 hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is 315 on the 3rd floor where guests can smoke in the room and on the bed. I hardly can't sleep well because the other guests can smoke in the room even though there's a notice stating no smoking allowed. The management doesn't bother to ask the smokers to stop smoking in the room. I don't recommend this hotel.

The staff were polite and friendly. The hostel has a very good location close to the high-speed railway station. It would be good to change a smoking policy in the rooms.

This is a very suitable hotel for a short stopover before taking the night train from Urumqi to Kashgar. You can take a shower, pack your luggage and rest before taking the train. Check-in is available at the Super 8 Select Hotel. It is very convenient to cross the road to Urumqi Station. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around.

The advantage is that it is close to the railway station, which is more friendly to tourists who take the early train from Urumqi Railway Station. It is also because of this reason that they are extremely stingy, and the price increase is not negotiable, very casual. I stayed for two nights and booked at the same time. The first night was 177, and the second night must be 201. It was neither a weekend nor a holiday. I bet you had to book it. It also did not come with mineral water. I admit that the room is small and I admit that there is no kettle. On such a hot day, can't the price be increased to 205 with two bottles of water? When I asked the front desk, they said directly that it was not available. Urumqi does not have a direct subway to the railway station. If there is, I would rather take the subway directly than suffer this. Sooner or later, the hotel will pay the price for its willfulness.

Next to the high-speed rail station, convenient. The sheets are clean and the mattress is thick and comfortable. The air conditioning is strong enough. There is no small cabinet to store personal valuables. The water in the bathroom is not good. There is no place to put anything on the bed.

Based on the good service attitude, four sisters checked into this hotel again. The manager was very enthusiastic and said that the suitcases could be stored for free. The next day, the sisters traveled light and played in Urumqi for another day. I have to give a good review and also want to thank the security lady!
