Best location, Convenient transportation, Check in on time, Convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee shops are very close to the hotel

No hot water on 1st day, but it returned normally on the 2nd night. The electric switch which on the table was out of power. Other things in the room is good & ok. For the hotel facilities, it would be better if more washing machines (Just only 2) and additional dryers. Staff at lobby were good & helpful. The location is convenient and there are many restaurants nearby. Overall is ok.

The hotel has good traffic connection, it's about 5 mins walk to metro link and 10 mins walk to 6009 airport bus stop. It's thoughtful that a weight scale is provided near the temporary luggage storage area. The room is well facilitated and clean. A bit unexpected that when the front desk staff said he could not give any nearby sightseeing suggestions as he has just come to work in Seoul for two years ( not two weeks or two months!) and he even didn't try to ask the colleague sitting next to him to give some recommendations to us.

The environment is good and clean. The location is close to metro 9 station, which is very convenient.

The hotel was very clean, superb location and nice staff. We got snacks to the room every day :) Luandry service is available on site, and many good resturants in walking distance.

Good location near eatery n direct limousine bus to n from the airport. Free use of washing machine.

This hotel in Gangnam, Seoul, has great service and is very convenient. It is in a great spot and has many useful features, so it's a great choice for leisure travelers.

Hotel was just next to AirPort Express like from gimpo which was convenient and avoided the rush hour.  The hotel was very nice located next to a lot of bars and restaurants which made the stay very pleasant.

Can’t control the aircon at all. Luckily windows could be open but it will be noisy.

Staffs are friendly and easy to communicate. Very close to the metro.

strategic place in heart of gangnam shopping street. near sinonhyeon station. nice room to stay in. ac auto switched off after certain timing with no ventilation during winter (stuffy).. room is ok for three pax with cabin luggages. not suitable if everyone has large luggages in the room. room n toilet are clean and housekeeping would place bottles/towels in plastic outside your room if cleaning service not requested 👍 unfortunately front desk are not friendly; front desk have foreign employees who are unhappy to serve non-koreans (what an irony) ..
