A very average youth hostel. The only advantage is that the price is cheap and the location is good. It’s not too convenient to eat Chinese food.

It was a very nice modern hostel and perfect for me as I had missed my connecting flight home from Ibiza and it was late at night and I had no where to sleep and came to this place last minute. It was very clean and very modern the staff were very helpful. I was in a lot of distress as I had a lot going on and I missed my flight and because of this I left so much of my stuff in the hostel by mistake. The staff kept it safe for 6 months for me and even packaged it up for me and measured it ready to be collected by a shipment company for me. I am beyond happy about this. I would definitely recommend as it is close to everything especially the train station, and the staff are very helpful, thank you so much, I would definitely return if ever in Valencia, and this time not leave my stuff lol

This was the worst hostel I have ever been to. They gave me a ground floor room that seemed like a luggage room cramped with beds. When I asked for another room they said they didn’t have any which seemed to be a lie. The upper floors must have been good but they didn’t bother to change the room. I just left the hostel and got another place to stay. When I told the reception they were not bothered. I felt they were racist bcos of their attitude

Hostel inside a train station. Very original, the staff very cool. The only issue is that the room I had was too small and uncomfortable. very good option in Valencia for a few days.

The location is certainly very convenient and is the best part of this hostel, it is in the center and close to everything but at the same time not too central that it becomes a narrow space. my friends and I were in the 16 room dormitory, all 3 of us in the top bunk bed, I can only say that we almost killed ourselves going up and down, the ladder is difficult to do, especially if you come back late and try not to make any noise, we told the receptionist who replied that everyone actually complains about this, a comment that only made me wonder why nothing was being done about it. However, the beds were well divided, each with its own curtain to protect from the light and for privacy, it's a shame that my friend's bed roof fell on her head and she was overwhelmed by a lot of dust! fortunately he had the opportunity to change beds. the window in the dormitory couldn't be opened, so there's no point in talking about the closed air we breathed. regarding the bathrooms: in 2 days I only saw them clean once, the showers were very narrow and impossible to take. penguins could very well live in the common area given the cold it was, at the end of October the air conditioning was set to a very low temperature, we asked the receptionist if she could change it but she replied that she doesn't know how to use it.

If there’s anywhere else you can stay you should go there. This hostel has several design flaws that make it unsanitary and not at all comfortable especially given the 60-70€ price on the weekend. The shower floods the entire bathroom because the door doesn’t reach the floor. There’s nowhere to put your things while in the bathroom. No shelves. And only one of the two bathroom showers worked so it was 12 people sharing one shower. The rooms have metal poles for the curtains so anytime someone closes one it wakes up the whole room. Also they don’t tell you bring a lock so that you have to buy one of theirs. We asked them to store two small backpacks for a few hours before our train and they said no because they were storing other people’s things and the manager responded with, “that’s not my problem.” Not only did we have all these issues but then the staff was incredibly rude, mainly the manager. I told him about the shower and his response was that he could’ve fixed it had we told him earlier, but clearly that’s not true because so many of these reviews mention the shower and they’ve done nothing. The cleaning crew told me it’s been that was for awhile. It’s also not anywhere near the beach - the area around it is literally dead at night. These people really should not be in the business of running a hostel and if there’s anywhere else you could go you should.
