Valencia is really nine if you’re at this great hotel in the middle of the old town

One of my favorite hotel in Spain. The rooms was a tad small but tastefully renovated. I love the breakfast, it was an amazing spread with both local cuisine and international well represented. We were split for choices with the food. Not forgetting, they have the best coffee bar in any hotel we have visited. The barista will make any specialty coffee to your fancy, from a coffee cocktail, siphon coffee, V60 drip coffee, Italian espresso or simply a con leche. The egg station was another level of preparation with attention to plating and details. Overall, we were glad that we paid for breakfast. The view of the breakfast area gives a bird's eye view of the city as a bonus!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Spain. It is just like the cheap couple hotels in China. I hesitated when I saw such a low-quality hotel name, but since there are not many choices in Valencia, I decided to give it a try. I didn't expect it to be so bad. The hotel is in a very roundabout location, parking is inconvenient, service staff is always short, I couldn't get through even when I called the front desk, the bellboy couldn't be found, the dry cleaning couldn't be delivered on time and no compensation was given, there was no sunlight in the room (can you imagine living in a small dark room in Valencia?), the floor carpet is very dirty, everyone must avoid it!

The location is great, 5-6 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor, very convenient to Atocha Train Station, Chamartin Train Station can also be reached by subway; the room is very large, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sound insulation is also very good; the swimming pool is not very big, because it is not on the top floor, so it is fine when there is sunshine, but the water is cold when there is no sunshine; the overall shape retains the medieval style, retro and luxurious; there is a Japanese ramen restaurant opposite that fully satisfies the Chinese stomach; and the most famous Spanish fried dough sticks + chocolate breakfast is also nearby, very convenient

My boyfriend (Irish) and I checked into this hotel on the afternoon of July 17th, and I was very disappointed with the experience. As a person with high requirements for accommodation, I carefully selected this five-star hotel and booked the room with my own money. As a result, I found that the service of this hotel was simply infuriating and even suspected of racial discrimination. There are three main points: First, we checked in at about 7:30 pm on July 17th. The front desk clerk only asked my boyfriend if he needed a drink and completely ignored me. You know, I booked the room and I was the one who checked in, but the clerk never asked me what I needed from beginning to end. This kind of differential treatment made me feel very uncomfortable. The next day, we went out late and left the hotel at about 2 pm. I went to the front desk to explain that I hoped they would help change the bedding, but other places did not need to be cleaned. As a result, when I returned to the room at night, I found that the bedding in the room had not been changed at all. This was very infuriating. It felt like my request was directly ignored. My boyfriend went to the parking lot to pick up the car first. If it was him, would it be different? The most unbearable thing was that I received a review email from the hotel after returning home. This email was sent to my boyfriend, not me. The reservation, payment, and all the information were in my name and email address. This kind of neglect and disrespect is simply unacceptable. Overall, this accommodation experience was extremely bad, and I felt that I was treated unfairly and discriminated against. I have been traveling in Europe for so long and stayed in many five-star hotels, but I have never encountered such an outrageous thing. I will share my experience on different platforms, and I will not recommend this hotel to any friends.

This hotel is nice😌 Free mineral water is provided in the room every day. If it is not enough, you can ask the room to deliver it. When checking in🈶 Fun sheep dolls for children to RUA💗 There are also straw hats and coloring sheets. It is within walking distance of the city and you can reach various attractions and small restaurants and cafes downstairs.

The waiters are very enthusiastic, the hotel has a sense of design, and it is not far from the train station and major attractions. It is worth recommending! The buildings in Valencia are amazing, and it is especially lively on weekends!

I had a flat tire in Valencia so I had to choose this hotel temporarily. The location is good and the front desk staff speaks good English. It is easy to communicate.
