Cheap and cheerful apartment with double bed, sofa bed and kitchenette area. Good offering for what we needed - a group of friends paired up and visiting the city for a weekend on the beers, but I wouldn't book it for a romantic weekend away. Sufficiently clean and presented but this isnt a hotel room, it's a rented appartment. Check-in is at an office around 5 mins walk away (feels longer in the heat). 10 min walk to the square, easy access to minimarkets and a bar/breakfast spot.

La ubicación es buena, pero desde el momento de la reserva deberian informar q los vehículos particulares no pueden ingresar a la zona. El olor de cañeria del apartamento es muy fuerte. De la ducha se sale toda el agua, se inunda el baño y la ducha es manual, es decir, se debe utilizar como regadera con la mano porqué si se coloca en la pared colgada se sale mas el agua.

El servicio de laa personas que atienden es pésimo, no tienen ningún servicio6al cliente de calidad esperan que uno como cliente tenga que ir a la oficina de ellos a reclamar pas llaves y toca pagarles en efectivo el monto total porque no dan vueltas, la comunicación con el personal es terrible, la información de la ubicación y contacto esta errada y el apartamento tenía problemas en el baño, la ducha se inundó, el sanitario estaba despegado

Premesso che eravamo stati a gennaio 2020 in un appartamento della stessa gestione e ci eravamo trovati molto bene e ci siamo tornati, anche se il prezzo è raddoppiato. Pro: cucina ben organizzata e completa di tutto. Asse da stiro, cose per pulire, lavatrice (non l'abbiamo usata quindi non so dire se funziona). Posizione ottima per visitare la città Contro: appartamento molto piccolo. Per i due bambini era previsto di dormire sul divano letto che andava aperto chiudendo il tavolo. Appartamento molto rumoroso sia per gli appartamenti accanto che per la strada. Il mobile del bagno era rotto. Ci hanno consegnato solo 5 asciugamani da doccia niente altro, compreso niente per asciugare anche in terra (ospiti: 4 persone)

Posizione comoda per girare la città a piedi e il quartiere era molto carino, lo staff disponibile. Il nostro appartamento era al piano terra ma abbassato quindi proprio a livello strada infatti era impossibile aprire la finestra in quanto priva di zanzariera e poiché sembrava di stare in vetrina, la casa non era molto accogliente ma aveva tutto il necessario anche se la pulizia è nettamente da migliorare in particolare gli asciugamani presentavano alcune macchie. Il bagno minuscolo e senza finestra aveva un forte odore di fogna proveniente dagli scarichi. La camera da letto era grande ma affacciava all’interno in una strettoia completamente buia.

Receptionist: Horrifying.
Noisy. Ground level, street side. No windows. Nightmare.
Old, rough looking.
Closest: no hangers.
No safety box.
Wifi: only worked in certain areas of apartment.
I want a partial refund. They are aware about my complaints.

There is the possibility to leave the luggages at the office for 10€. We had been given a lower floor but it was very humid and we were with two babies and asked to have it changed. They were very kind and quick in changing the room.
The stairs and entering of the building should be kept more clean. The apartment we stayed was smaller and we had to adapt in 4. Some cutlery and pans hadn’t been clean properly so it should be paid more attention. The position is super central so very strategic.
I would reccomend the place for youngsters more than families.
