Heel erg gehorig en hele nacht wakker gelegen. Toen we vroegen om een andere kamer gaven ze aan nog een kamer vrij te hebben maar ze ons hier niet heen konden verplaatsen en dat wanneer we overlast hadden we zelf bij de mensen op de deur moesten kloppen.

super vieze kamer, bij aankomst kregen we de sleutel van onze kamer en verder werden door gewezen naar een ander gebouw via een aparte ingang. De deur van dit gebouw was kapot waardoor iedereen gewoon naar binnen kon zonder pasje, de gang stonk en op alle deuren zaten krassen. Bij het binnenkomen van onze kamer zagen we gelijk bloed op de muur zitten, het beddengoed was vies, het toiletpapier was nat, er zat poep in de wc, lekkage in de badkamer waar een bakje onder was gezet en overal schimmel in de badkamer. We wilden naar de receptie maar deze was al gesloten en er was niemand meer beschikbaar. We gingen terug naar onze kamer en ons uitzicht was op de ontbijtzaal en een schuur die aan het gebouw vastzat, daar kwam de receptioniste uit en een andere man (ook van het personeel) de man was boos op de vrouw en gooide drinken over haar heen en mevrouw liep gewoon weg. Belachelijk!. In de avond teruggegaan naar de kamer waar we erachter kwamen dat onze kamerdeur ook kapot was en iedereen gewoon naar binnen kon, uiteindelijk een stoel voor de deur gedaan zodat er niemand binnen kon komen. De 2 voor de service was voor de vriendelijke vrouw bij het ontbijt anders had het ook 1 ster gekregen.

Klein, maar mooi hotel. Wel gehorig. Ontbijtbuffet is heel goed. De loop afstand naar het centrum is pittig, maar wel te doen.

Opzich een prima hotel, beetje gedateerd. Kamer zelf was opzich netjes wel stoffig. De bedden staan op wieltjes dit is heel handig voor de schoonmakers maar niet perse om in te slapen. Hotel is wat gehorig je hoort de gasten op de gang lopen en praten. Gelukkig niet heel veel last van gehad.

Alles was goed behalve de kamers waren te klein en de matrassen waren erg hard heb gewoon rugpijn er van en zakte in het midden door elkaar en de leuning viel er bijna vanaf

Wonderful! Beautiful place, exquisit and various breakfast and really nice welcoming. I went with my boyfriend for one week end and we visited Maastricht that is only 30 mins in transports from the hotel. The diner was really good also and had a lot of choice. Love it!!!

My experience may only have been due to unfortunate circumstances but, the alarms went off for 20mins (around 8pm), I got woken up at 6.30am because walls are like paper, doors are not sealed and rooms are next to stairwell. I arrived at breakfast to find no staff and a coffee machine that looks like it’s in a area for public use… but is labelled differently. Also, for drivers… beware of the huge speed bump on the entrance to the road!
