Never stayed at a F1 hotel that didn't have ensuite bathroom....bit of a shock when we arrived late at night. Shared toilets were not nice to use but had been cleaned by the morning. Bedroom was very clean but bed was hard and uncomfortable. Handy location for onward travel but a long way from Antibes centre etc

Look, it's a budget hotel with tradesmen getting in about 5 PM and out again from 0600 am onwards. If you can't handle that, look elsewhere. Also, it is not easy to find without GM and a vehicle, and the nearest supermarket is 2 km walk away for a microwave meal at the hotel. All that said, if you understand your choice, it is a good clean option that has served me well while I am in the Nice region. The staff are helpful and I have had two quiet stays, within the 22-0600 time slot. The breakfast is simple but good, the croissants disappear by 0800. Secured parking between 2200 and 0600 free.

The interior decor is fun and they have options for breakfast (not a ton), the room is rather cramped but can serve for a few nights.

Very pleasant and accommodating manager. Clean room but the smell of cigarettes is incessant. It ruins everything

Very strong smell of tobacco in room 137, same on the sheets. Odor build-up in the shower. There is aluminum foil covering something on the ceiling (lamp, smoke detector?).

I only spent one night but it was quiet because I was afraid of noise in the morning because I worked at night but everything went well

Well located hotel. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. Always available. Night and day. Breakfast served from 5 a.m., very convenient. Free and closed parking lots. Excellent value for money.

A big thank you and I bow out to the 2 receptionists for their generosity and their work, but the attendance at the hotel is lamentable. Lots of noise, slamming of room doors, shower doors, malicious dogs, dogs classified as dangerous in the hotel rooms, smell of ***** in the corridors... Frankly if the 2 receptionists were not there the hotel would be a real carnage!
