Nice room but basic facilities and service was missing. Tv was not working, they don't have dental kit available for the guest.

Property not maintained, room door lock was easily opening from outside, food did not have any test, had problems with ac, first aid did not have a basic acidity medicine, non-responsive staff, lot of smoking smell when entered the room.

Room is spacious. Staff are good. They have not provided dental kit, shaving kit as well only pouch given of tea.

The location is slightly far from the main area; the staff is rude; they do not have attitude of helping the guests specially the dining staff. The breakfast timings are from 7. 30 am to 10. 00 am; however after 9. 30 am; if you visit the breakfast and in case if some of the served food item is not available; they do not have the courtesy to serve another one. Also; once the restaurant is closed after 10 pm; you won't get even a single scoop of ice cream. The hotel ambience is very good; the rooms are clean and spacious; however the hotel lacks in food quality and customer friendly approach. They do not have enough spread in the breakfast. We had stayed for 4 days; and all t he 4 days only canned mango juice was served. The hotel needs to improve drastically in food quality spread and customer politeness.

I stayed here for 2 nights. N felt very much satisfied by means of overall clean n tidy rooms, good room service and the variety of items served in breakfast. Staff is also kind and helped me to arrange day trip cabs. Surely recommended for visiting vapi, silvassa.

Location is in the center of the city. Hotel looks very average from outside but it’s an awesome property once you get inside it. Restaurant serves the best north indian and chines e cuisines. Staff is very humble and takes care of all the hygiene issues.
