Everything is OK. My wife and I only slept one night. The hotel is very nice, with few rooms, in a historic building, along an internal canal. Spacious room, very nice and clean. The quality of sleep is excellent. The service is kind and quick. Buffet breakfast, good and plentiful. In my opinion, the location is ideal, as it is only 15 minutes from the train station but very close to the San Rocco school, the Frari and Ca Foscari. Just 5 minutes away is the ferry stop on the grand canal. The surroundings are suggestive. The area is quiet.

4 days in Venice staying at this hotel. The location is excellent. Transport (vaporetto) is a 3 minute walk away, as are many restaurants and bars. Our room, although small, was very nicely decorated. Great shower and bathroom. The front desk is manned 24 hours. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were really good and again, nothing was too much trouble. I'd happily stay here again. If I had one request, it would be drawer space.

My husband and I only stayed here for one night and it was every bit of perfect. The staff were very helpful, the room comfortable and clean. It was also in a quieter side of Venice and that was very nice.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, nicht weit weg vom Busbahnhof (Piazzale Roma), dem Bahnhof (Stazione Santa Lucia) oder dem Canale Grande. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig aber vielleicht etwas klein. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und wir erhielten einen Gratis-Ausflug zur Insel Murano. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es fehlte an nichts, der Innenhof beim Frühstück war wirklich sehr schön. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und gelungener Aufenthalt.
