Very good Stay. Nice room, bathroom was excellent. No complaint. Breakfast was very nice. Lady serve complete breakfast with love and feeling. She was so kind nature. Overhoual excellent breakfast. I can give this hotel 5 star rating.

The hotel is located near the train station, the area is good. You can walk to the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre and other attractions of Paris.
Of the minuses, the air conditioner temperature needs to be adjusted at the reception; it cannot be changed above/below the already set one.
The checkout process is too long.

B&B a gestione familiare, i proprietari Sergio e Marcella super gentili e disponibili. Stanza sempre pulitissima e impeccabile, colazione abbondante. La posizione è comoda sia per la stazione sia per il centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Great location and awesome stuff
Great location and very convenient to everything, specially to train station.
Very friendly and helpful stuff. We arrived late and in less than 4 minutes someone came and checked us in.
Will book again on our visit!

Excellent
Cosy and welcoming room, perfect for a family. Owners are very nice and friendly. Breakfast was perfect. I loved the homemade tiramisu :). Overall, we felt like home. I will definitely come back here, next time in Venice.

A great B&B in a good location.
A great, small locally owned and run property close to the railway station. This B&B has all you need for a stay in Venice. a clean room with enough storage. A private bathroom with shower free wi-fi and optional breakfast. The hotel is situated 5 mins walk from the Riva de Biasio waterbus stop with no steps to carry your luggage over and only one stop from the railway station, or two stops from the bus station. 25 mins from St Marks square and only 15 mins from the Rialto bridge. Would stay again if I went to Venice.
