The hotel is in an old building. You can see that the decoration is very attentive. The front desk is also very friendly. The room is not big, but it is very clean and the hotel is very quiet.

We stayed three nights at the Palazzo Scamozzi and were delighed with all aspects of our stay. The hotel is charming, the rooms lovely with very comfortable beds and the breakfasts very good indeed. The hotel staff are all absolutely delightful and nothing is too much trouble for them. We will definitely return to the Scamozzi if in the area again to explore more of the wonders of VIcenza. Would definitely recommend the Scamozzi as a wonderful place to stay in Vicenza.

This hotel is top notch. The hotel is in a Perfect location inside the city center. Very easy to get to by car with onsite parking which is not easy to find with other hotels inside the center. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Do yourself a favour and stay here. Easy walk from train station and easy to find. It’s on the Main Street so it’s close to everything including a supermarket and it’s quiet. Everything in the room works well. Whoever trains the staff should get a medal, they are fantastic. The breakfast is really good so try and fit in the apple strudel. As with many Italian hotels there is no tea or coffee in the room but reception will get you one from the bar for eur 2.50.

This high end family run hotel is very elegant and has been renovated beautifully. Every modern convenience is available within the palazzo and every need is catered to by the helpful friendly, staff. The breakfast features high quality local ingredients; prosciutto, eggs, cheeses,fruit and exquisite pastries. There is also a little bar where you can order a Prosecco and enjoy aperitivo whilst watching the parade on the street. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful hotel.

Excellent location - easy to travel to other cities and local destinations. Nicely furnished room. Great staff. Unfortunately, the shower pan overflowed on the floor and the hot water was out for 24 hours. Even though the staff apologized for no hot water for 24 hours (a common occurrence staff said), it would have been nice if they would have offered even a cup of coffee, but they offered nothing.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly, room was immaculate and cleaned daily. Location was great. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes within a few metres walk, plus the beautiful architecture of Vicenza. If you don't have a big appetite for breakfast then I recommend coffee and pastry at one of the nearby cafes for a fraction of the cost.

Highly recommend Palazzo Scamozzi! We stayed for work/travel that my husband had in Sandrigo. Very clean, delicious breakfast, helpful staff. Appreciated the laundry service. Be sure to book parking if you need it. Pillows are very uncomfortable, bring your own if you can!

Fabulous place. Staff cannot do enough for you. Clean simple but comfortable furnishings. Breakfast was simple but tasty,pastries, fruit, continental selection and great coffee. Will go back again and again

Very friendly stuff, good size rooms. Heard one of my colleagues got a room with jakuzi! They have all different types of room and perfectly located for shopping, sightseeing and also if you are visiting Vicenzaoro, they have a shuttle every morning (which you have to put your name down for the day before)

Palazzo Scamozzi is in a great position, centrally located on Corso Andrea Palladio. All the beautiful Palladian buildings of Vicenza are within a few minutes' walk, with good shopping and restaurants nearby. It can also be easily reached on foot from the railway station. We have stayed in both a superior (enormous!) and a classic room. In both cases, the accommodation was quiet, clean and comfortable perfectly catering to guests' needs. The breakfast buffet has an excellent choice and all the staff are welcoming and professional. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Vicenza.

This is the worse hotel one can booked very dishonest owner they put me in a room which the bathroom had serious problems no shower screen in the shower area which would cause the bathroom to be full of water and slippery, then on the second night I complained and the reluctantly changed the room this one the towel rails leaked and caused all the towels to be wet, there was no shelf for the soap or shampoo you had
to put on the floor during the shower. The wall have no sound insulation and the noise from the corridor and rooms are unbearable, so I moved to another hotel after contacting ******* the owner refused to refund my third night, their bkfast is average and expensive the front desk completely useless.
