The hotel is really nice, checked in at midnight and even this time the employee at front desk was very friendly, providing a very professional service, kind. Taxi ordered as requested.

The original room allocated was dirty and they did not service it on my first day. They changed the room upon my feedback and there forth cleanliness was up to standard. Though I always find a variety of bugs and insects in my room every day, from a spider the size of half my palm to beetle etc. Guess that is a result of being too close to the garden?

WE really enjoyed our stay AT the hotel. Excellent experience from A to Z. Great staff, abundant breakfast, Amazing clean room... Would definitely stay here again. Recommand it 💯

You can jog or walk in at 6:30 every day; and it is right next to the Heizing Station on the U4 line, so it is convenient to go anywhere. 3. The hotel room is very good, just like a five-star hotel. 4. The breakfast is also very good, with on-site cooking service!

I stayed in a junior suite. 3 people. It's nice to have a separate bedroom. The space is very spacious. It's nice to have separate baths and toilets. Recommend to family and friends. Breakfast is okay. The fruit is delicious. It's right in front of the subway station, so it's great for getting to the center. It's quiet and clean. Next time I go to Vienna, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The inside of the hotel is also spacious, and when you pass the front desk, there is an open hall, and you can pass through it to find the accommodation building. In addition, there is a courtyard, and I looked at it from inside the room, and I went out and walked around, but it felt good on a sunny morning. I didn't use the hotel's breakfast or restaurant, so I don't know. The amenities were minimal, but the room was relatively large and I was able to spend my time comfortably.

The room is very comfortable, but the network is not good. The overall feeling is very comfortable. But the price/performance ratio is not high. Not suitable for business travel. The hotel has rich breakfast and is more suitable for vacation and leisure.
