The room was renovated 10 years ago and it's time to update the facilities. However, the hotel front desk still attaches great importance to the guests' check-in experience. When I checked in, the room next door was still making loud noises at 12 o'clock one night, so I called the front desk directly to complain. Within half an hour, The room next door was silent. Later, the front desk took the initiative to ask if this matter had affected the check-in experience. They could only say that it was not true. It was just that their front desk had zero tolerance for excessive things and took the initiative to stop practical actions to solve the problem.

Desde que empiezas a llegar a Am Hof y visualizas lo majestuoso que es este hotel ya sabes lo que te espera dentro. Los materiales, la gentileza del staff, lo clásico de su fachada, la historia detrás de su arquitectura. La habitación un lujo total. Dos lavamanos, una ducha del tamaño de mi casa, una cama de la que no te quieres mover. Sin duda un must en esta ciudad. Gracias a todo el staff de recepción y housekeepping por su hospitalidad.
