I rented a double room and even left a message for the host asking for a double bed, (when booking I selected a double bed) when I arrived there were 2 single beds. The cleanliness is pleasant, the rooms are noisy, there is no breakfast option and the bathroom leaks a lot of water onto the floor.

The location was perfect as it was central, 2 minutes walk from the city centre, so very convenient. Upon arrival there was no receptionist present but the directions sent on the phone were complete so it was not necessary. The room was in good condition, clean, the only flaw was that it overlooked the area where breakfast was served so at 6 in the morning you could hear the noise of the cleaners setting the table.

The location is great, just few minutes walk to get transport. Receptionist were very helpful and kind. The room was not I have expected with price. The breakfast was just okay.

For the price this room was perfect. The location is not far from the U1Metro and you are equally close to the city center.
When I first arrived I used the lift to get my heavy bag to the main floor. Unfortunately, with all my bags I failed to read the notice about the red line that you must be in front of so I was temporarily stuck in the elevator. I called the listed number and they cleared that up immediately.
The room is a bed a desk and a television with a full bathroom. For the price I found this to be more than enough. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what is being offered but I didn't bother since I was so close to so many restaurants.
The front desk is occupied only a few hours a day and when I first arrived my key was sitting on the desk with my name on it. This was at around 4:30PM so I was a little surprised. The next day I was able to share my passport info and check in. I was able to call the number and speak with someone at 11pm to extend my stay a day so I can't complain about the service.
Perhaps the only thing that made the stay less than perfect was the wifi was very spotty and disconnected frequently. Luckily, due to the central location in the capitol of Austria cell service was top notch.
I would happily stay again at Dan's In'n Out and I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Genau das richtige Hotel, wenn man den Tag über die Stadt erkunden möchte und nur einen Platz zum Schlafen braucht. Unser Zimmer (vor allem Bad und Bett) war sauber, nur der kleine Tisch in der Ecke war nicht gewischt worden, zumindest war er etwas staubig. Das fanden wir jetzt aber nicht weiter schlimm. Trotz ausführlicher Suche habe ich auch keine Bettwanzen gefunden. Das Frühstücksbüffet war wirklich schön und liebevoll hergerichtet. Wir würden wieder kommen!
