Great little hotel Nice room Clean Location excellent

We had a fantastic stay in Mocca, we had the family room, it was super comfortable for the 4 of us. Simple decor, clean, warm. Breakfast simple but nice, I loved their staff at the reception and at Breakfast. If you plan to come after 21h, you have to inform the hotel as there is noone there from the staff, and hotel is closed so they leave you the key in a box (all instructions given how to open box with a code) Hotel is located just steps away from the main shopping street with few metro stations and train. Went to Hotel Mocca in June 2023 with a friend for a weekend break. The hotel was situated close to the main shopping road and a 20 minute walk into the main city centre. A fairly small hotel, but staff were lovely and helpful. The room was adequate and had everything you needed. Ultimately I spent very little time in the room as was sight seeing most of the time. Breakfast was good, not a huge amount but certainly enough to had a decent amount before setting off. Would recommend to anyone wanting a decent small hotel close to the centre.

Average hotel. A plus is for sure the position (2 metro stops nearby, bus stop, walkable distance from city center within 30’) and the presence of bars and restaurants. Negative points are for sure the beds and pillows, no air conditioning, the staff is nice and kind but wasn’t really present, blinders let the light in.

Stayed at Hotel Moccasin one night, easy to get there from the main train station (bus 13). The hotel is well located, circa 20 -30 minutes walk to the center but close to Naschmarkt & the shopping street. Spacious, clean rooms, with the already mentioned thin pillows & beat-up wood floors..giving it a bit of a hostel vibe. But overall a good value & would book again

Hotel Mocca is situated a few minutes walk from a major shopping street, which is great. It is about 20/25 mins walk into the Main centre of Vienna, with good Train Network (5 mins walk). The hotel was clean and staff were excellent. The decor was tired and in need of a refresh. Breakfast was very basic. Sausage & Egg, a few other bits. Still tasted good and didnt make a difference to us. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

Great location, easy access to transport 3min walk to main shopping area great coffee & food all around helpful staff rooms are great size with high ceilings, perfect !

We only used it for one night and it served its purpose. Within walking distance of Westbahnof. A number of cool coffee shops just opposite and an excellent Nepalese restaurant a few metres away.

Clean, affordable, in walking distance of many attractions. No frills such as AC or coffee in room though.

Friendly staff Spoke REALLY GOOD English and was very helpful. Location on road where you can catch the bus to main train station. Great experience overall.

Beds were a little noisy

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating! The location of the hotel is generally good. On the other hand, the cleanliness in the room left a lot to be desired (especially the floor in the room was very dusty and dirty, and there was also a piece of paper from a previous tenant on the bathroom floor next to the trash can). In my opinion, the furnishings were not as described, the 'heating with air conditioning' which we were supposed to have according to the room description consisted of a cooling fan placed in the room. I couldn't find the 'coffee/tea maker' either, there was definitely no way to make coffee, only the - also mentioned - kettle with 3 bags of camomile tea was there.
