Max Brown Hotel 7th District, Part of Sircle Collection

Vienna|0.5km from Lisette Model Platz
Based on our great memories from the Max Brown hotel in Düsseldorf, we decided to book the Max Brown hotel in Vienna for our long weekend in April 2023. We booked a room in the category “extra large” for around EUR 1’100 for the four nights. To take the positive things first, for those of you who know the concept of Max Brown, you know what you get and the beds are among the best that I have experienced in a hotel. Arriving at the hotel Thursday evening, we were welcomed at the reception with a “be right back” sign and in my personal opinion, slightly too loud “cool” music from the Seven Nights restaurant. After around 5 minutes the front office lady came, dropped her phone and keys onto the desk and disappeared into the restaurant. After about five more minutes, she came back and greeted us with an uninspiring “welcome”. She quickly checked us in and we left for the room. The extra-large room in Max Brown are spacious with their typical decorations but without the basic amenities (makeup remover wipes, cotton ear sticks, etc) that you’d expect in a room. And during the stay, the bedsheets was not chanced for the 4 nights, basics such as toilet paper was not filled up and the used towels was taken by the cleaning personnel but not replaced. The minibar was also empty in case you like a sip of water on arrival or in the morning (don’t really get why the minibar is running when empty considering the cost of electrity). After arriving to the room, I tried to call to the reception, but no-one answered the phone (this happened also on the second night of our stay). In general, you felt a certain disinterest from the staff (with an exception of the guy at check-out). On the second night, we wanted to try out the restaurant in the hotel. We reserved a table on the Max Brown webpage and got the answer “in progress”. When inquiring about the reservation at the reception I was informed that the restaurant has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel. However, the lady at the restaurant found that she was also not responsible for a reservation inquiry made through the hotel website. FYI: The restaurant is located in the middle of the hotel. Catch-22? So if a great bed is the only thing that interest you…. I, for that sake, think you could expect more for an average price of EUR 275 per night. Hence all in all, the 2 out of 5....

This hotel was the best apartment we felt during our trip, and the viewing effect was very good. You can cook by yourself! If there is a chance to go to Austria, I must still live here. Anyway, I like it very much! !

Vienna City Centre
This hotel is a hidden gem in Vienna. It is charming in an artsy, creative way. Just a short walk into the center of Vienna and easily accessible to all transportation. The breakfast is delicious and the staff could not have been nicer. On our arrival Milena gave us excellent suggestions on restaurants and local recommendations that were wonderful. The next day Annabelle was equally helpful and they were both so friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend the Altstadt.

Having good memories of this cozy downtown hotel in Vienna, we returned for two nights last weekend. We were pleased to realize that the hotel kept its high standard, it was impeccably clean and the staff at the reception extremely helpful. Whether it was asking for directions or making reservation for one of the most popular restaurants in Vienna (I was unable to get a table via the internet) we got top notch service at the reception. Sure we will return when we visit Vienna next.

Hotel Apartment Rothensteiner

The exterior of the hotel, don't look at the small door, there is a style inside, like the local dwellings, exquisite and not lacking in sentiment. There are supermarkets near the hotel. The two rooms in the oversized interior of the hotel room are very stylish. The furniture of the bedroom is very classical and very elegant. The decoration is especially comfortable. The warm curtains and wallpaper make the residents feel warm and cozy. The selection of the gentleman is good (and the hotel) The name is very consistent: the comfort of the hotel
a&o Wien Stadthalle

My friends and I recently stayed at the a&o hotel in Vienna Stadthalle and we had an amazing time! The spa was definitely a highlight of our stay. We were able to relax and unwind in the sauna after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel also had a great variety of food options for us to choose from. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning – it had everything we could possibly want! The staff was also very friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for things to do in Vienna and even helped us plan out our day. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at the a&o hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.
