No one is there to help, everything is self-service! I booked it several months in advance, but they didn't send me the room password in time. It was cold and the kids were hungry. We waited for hours to find the front desk, but there was no one, and there was no password! It was terrible! The room was OK! But no one cleaned the room or took out the trash! I had to walk a long way to get the paper towels after I used them, and I fell four times in the thick snow!
