I put you 1 star because I can't put you 0. I called and I received a reservation of July date, as they assured you did not have the open agenda. I called again two days later to extend from 3 to 4 people, and they told me that the reservations do not exist. We sent back the reservation mail and they called us excuse, assured us that the reservation does not exist but did it by mistake. After weeks, I found out for myself that the agenda was already open on the internet and the prices were. They had not warned us. When they called, they don't want to explain why the agenda was open without having communicated anything. We were given a disordersed budget (nearly € 600 for two nights), when they offered a much lower price on the internet. The lady who attended us again cried and recriminated that we did not take into account the fact that they changed the reservation system. I ask for the data for the complaint sheet and they are dedicated to shouting and telling me that they have to take care of many people today. We expect to receive the data for the complaint, if not, we will go directly to consumption. We expect much more from this hotel. A disappointment and a disappointing public attention.

CONOZCO EL HOTEL DESDE QUE SE INAUGURÓ Y NO HEMOS FALTADO NI EL AÑO DE LA PANDEMIA! LAS HABITACIONES ESTÁN IGUAL , EL PERSONAL AMABLE COMO SIEMPRE PERO DESDE QUE PERTENECE A ALDA, SE NOTA UNA DIFERENCIA EN EL AMBIENTE .... ES COMO SI NO HUBIERA YA ALEGRIA . FALTA RAFA QUE ERA UN POCO EL ALMA DEL RESTAURANTE Y DEL HOTEL EN GENERAL , PORQUE ESTABA EN TODAS PARTES CON SU GARBO Y SIMPATÍA. EL DESAYUNO ES LO QUE MÁS ME HA DECEPCIONADO. SIEMPRE HA SIDO UN BUFFET REDUCIDO PERO DE UNA CALIDAD EXCELENTE, ESTE AÑO DABA PEREZA IR A DESAYUNAR . ES UNA PENA QUE ALDA NO CUIDE ESTE DETALLE POR LO MENOS EN ESTOS HOTELES VACACIONALES . ADEMAS TAMPOCO ES BARATO 7,50 € Y SOLO ES APETECIBLE UN CAFÉ Y UN CROISSANT MINI O UNA TOSTADA CON MERMELADA ”HELIOS”. ESTE DESAYUNO EN CUALQUIER CAFETERIA CUESTA MENOS! TODO LO DEMÁS QUE OFRECE NO TIENE NINGUNA CALIDAD, EL JAMON , EL FIAMBRE, LA TORTILLA YO NO LOS PROBE POR SU ASPECTO NADA APETECIBLE , EL YOGUR DEL TIEMPO, SIN CÁMARA, LAS FRUTAS ? MANZANAS, NARANJAS Y BANANAS. DONDE ESTAN LAS FRUTAS DE ESTA EPOCA? CEREZAS, ALBARICOQUES , MELOCOTON ..... EN FIN UNA PENA! ESPERO RECAPACITEN Y MEJOREN LA CALIDAD DEL DESAYUNO AUNQUE TENGAN QUE CAMBIAR EL PRECIO. LO AGRADECEREMOS.
