Tattered conditions. What i can’t understand is that even a badly rundown ironing board was  provided in my room. Is that so difficult to replace it with a new or at least an intact one?

This is good hotel in heart of city and it is shopping center hotel 

Al llegar al hotel  me dijeron que no tenia reservación, que no estaba pagado (cuando ya me habían hecho el cargo) y que me tenia que ir a otro hotel 
Escogí ese hotel por la ubicación no por el precio o por otras características. Por lo cual cambiarme de hotel supuso un problema grande. Al final me consiguieron otro hotel pero me hicieron otro cargo. Nunca recomendaría usar trip como plataforma de viajes ni el hotel Marriot. 

When I arrived at the hotel, they told me that I had no reservation, no payment (when they had already charged me), and I had to go to another hotel
I chose this hotel because of its location rather than price or other features. So changing hotels is a big problem. Finally they changed me to another hotel, but they charged me again. I would never recommend using travel as a travel platform or a Marriott hotel.

My wife and I took a mini vacation and booked a four-night stay at the Marriott Villahermosa Hotel because it’s ranked as a quality hotel. However, we were disappointed with some issues we experienced.  The lobby has a musty smell, and the metal door frame in the bathroom of our room had much corrosion due to moisture condensation from the air conditioner register.  A hotel of this category and price should not have these issues. The worst complaint is that we had trouble sleeping Saturday night because of the loud music from a social event that lasted until 4:00 am.  

The two days we spent were pleasant. Staff were kind and efficient, but the rooms and demeanour of the hotel is tired and needs an update. Yes, must be difficult in covid times. Ate at the restaurant, would suggest going out if you can.
