I arrived late and out of hours. Unfortunately I was unable to contact the hotel to tell them. They did try to contact me but I was unable to answer at the time. Fortunately upon arrival another guest managed to get hold of the guy in charge. He was still happy to let me in and help as much as he could with my late arrival. The hotel is basic but clean and the bed was good. The guy in charge was very helpful and I would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé une soirée - étape très agréable dans cet hôtel ! L’hôtel est admirablement situé sur la place arborée du village. L’accueil était personnalisé; le patron s’est coupé en 4 pour trouver une solution pour recharger la batterie de notre voiture électrique durant la nuit; le repas ( gastronomique) était excellent ;la chambre confortable; tout ceci pour un prix très raisonnable; établissement à recommander!

On y mange bien. Le patron et chef en cuisine se donne à fond pour satisfaire la clientèle. Lerci à Ronan pour les bons plats préparés avec amour et que nous avons dégusté avec plaisir. Nous reviendrons très prochainement. Marie-Laurence et Xavier

Bonjour, Suite aux incendies dans la région et à la fermeture de la piste cyclable de Langon à Villandraut, nous avons du abandonner notre parcours à vélo, commencé la veille du coté d'Agen. J'ai donc annulé 2 chambres pour la nuit du 10 au 11 Août 2022, j'ai essayé de téléphoner au plus tôt dans l'après-midi dés que nous avons appris la fermeture de la piste cyclable. Lors d'un échange téléphonique en fin de journée, le gérant de l'hôtel n'a pas voulu prendre en compte cette annulation et m'a débité 2 x 75 euros le lendemain Aucun geste commercial n'était envisageable de sa part. Bref, j'ai été débité de 150 euros, sans avoir dormi, ni rentré, ni utilisé cet hôtel. De plus, sur le site internet de l'hôtel, les chambres étaient affichées 65 euros chacune. Hôtel accueillant avec un personnel à l' écoute du client,calme et bien situé entre vignoble et parc naturel des landes.La restauration est soignée avec des produits de qualité. Un endroit tranquille à recommander.

After traveling all over the world for 20+ years, this has to be by far the most horrendous experience ever. The owner was beyond rude. He was so insanely rude we thought it was all a part of some bad joke. Horrible everything, horrible experience.

Nice hotel with a good restaurant and very friendly service.
Parking right in front of the hotel ( in a cute village ) so that's practical.
No air conditioning, could be a problem in summer and also the reception closes for several hours at noon which is not practical. Breakfast a bit "too french" for my taste ( not much choice )
Overall a good experience though, I would repeat.

Nous nous arrêté pour le souper... Carte au prix excessif par rapport à la qualité plus que médiocre... Il semble que l établissement est en vente... Nous espérons que le patron quitte la restauration c'est mieux pour le métier... Nous avions presque envie de partir sans payer.. Mais pour la très jeune serveuse c'était pas sympa....

We arrived on a hot day to find a cool welcome. It was a Friday night, when the restaurant is closed and the patron goes home early. We appeared to be the only guests in the hotel that night which might also account for the lukewarm reception. The rooms were a reasonable size but the bathrooms were a little tired. Breakfast was unremarkable. I cannot say that this hotel is value for money - we stayed in some lovely places on this trip with great service for less than we paid here.
