Breakfast was great. Location is super convenient if you’re not wanting to be located in old town where all the pubs are. This hotel is in the suburbs with sports and gym and shopping malls nearby. Rooms were clean.

Hotel was clean, and nice place , also to park car. Room was nice, , walls too thin u could here everything on the other side. Good wi fi Bad receptionist, she was not there when we arrived, we waited 10 minutes, and when she arrived she didnt apologise, show no interest to help, she had tattoo on neck and chest

The room was heating up instead of cooling down. We asked worker for help but nothing changed so all we could do was open the windows. In the morning there was a breakfast but it was very common breakfast like very dry fruits and and the yougurts were from Germany (not natural).

I was staying in Urbihop for 1 month due to the Business trip. The Reception worker who checked my room out was mean, ignorant, sarcastic and rude to me. First of all, The room and breakfast was book by the agency who was communication with the company. The reception wanted more information about my late check out and could not figure it out to ask the booker or the company, they sent housekeeper to my room and she entered while I was asleep. i informed the housekeeping the details that I knew from the company and carried on with my sleep ( as I work in the night shift ). Then in one houre I had another housekeeper entering my room while again I was asleep. I felt unsafe, uncomfortable and disrespected. I have been to many hotels, I have worked in hotel for 5 years myself and this approach is unbelivable. The receptionist who checked me out was so rude and mean to me I even asked her to call her manager and let me speak to them and as soon as I said that, she stood silent. Even When I asked to tell me where exactly should I write review about her she never answered. She needs to be replaced from that depratment if you want your hotel to be known for kind and professional staff members. I dont even have words to describe her attitude, her face and her sarcastice and rude approach with me. I hope this review will be visible for her Manager and if necessary even general manager to once and for all remove this toxicity and unprofessional employee from the company.

The very poor service staff in the bar, there is a special change that worked on 18.11.2023, the people who work there are not inclined to work and if the customer tells them they are not satisfied with it, such people should not be with the service staff, but should sit at home in front of the TV.

We stayed in Urbihop for 2 nights, really enjoyed our stay here :) We got a large room with big bed and a couch were our daughter were sleeping, and she said it was comfortable :) In the toilet we found everything we needed and even more, there was a toothbrush with little toothpaste and even a razor (saved me, I didn't have to look for a shop :D) and other extra little things :) So that's a big plus for me :) Parking was free and delicious breakfasts! Great say and if we will travel again to Vilnius we would stay here again.

The hotel average. The breakfast is OK The room was average. But the surprise was how rude some of the reception staff was.I had previously made arrangements for me to extend my stay at the same rate I had paid, only to find when I went to pay, that he had increased the amount. I explained that the price was prearranged but the person was quite annoyed with me. I felt very uncomfortably.It took some of the pleasure from my holiday.

As it is possible to feel from your comments, you left not happy about price variations once you decide to extend your stay (i am sure you wanted to extend it because you liked our hotel and stay) and i am sorry to find this. Let me help you to explain this situation, at our hotel (as I'm most hotels nowadays) we have the "best daily rate" and price af accommodation and prices may be different each day. If you wanted to extend your stay on a high-demand day, the price was higher, than low demand day, the same as with a flight tickets for example. Amaizing place! Super clean, the best service, nice breakfast, there’s a parking. I really had a good time there with my mother and my baby. I will definitely will come back. Thank you so much ✨🙏🏽😍

Staying here the 2nd time but I think the last time. Everything is quite nice and clean but the biggest problem is loud music in the building from 02:00 o’clock at night till 05:00 o’clock. So very low sleep quality.

Really nice Hotel, good price and good quality. The food is delicious for the price (I really reccomend the chili con carne) I really reccomend this place, and people that works here because they are very helpful and nice the breakfast is really good, in my opinion 10/10!

The staff is very helpful and welcoming to customers' needs. The restaurant offers good food and the breakfast is very amazing. I recommend it for work and for tourism, family and more, to visity the city (only 10 minute via Uber)
