The hotel environment is very good, breakfast in addition to Indian food, there are also noodles, when the raining pool is not felt when you stay, the room is still relatively comfortable, compared with the domestic will be weaker, but the service will be very good.

1. The hotel is very close to the airport and can be reached in more than 10 minutes; 2. The doorman of the hotel will open the door and help carry luggage to the front desk to check in; 3. The hotel room is very clean and spacious. It will provide 4 bottles of pure water, slippers, bathrobes, bath towels, towels, toothpaste and toothbrush. 4. The hotel is noisy near the main road. The car horns can still be heard when the windows are closed and the curtains closed. Indians like to honk when driving. 5. It is still a sound insulation problem. The sound insulation of the room and the room is not well done. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 in the middle of the night, and it was 12:30 after washing. The TV sound next door was still loud and people were very noisy. 6. Because the itinerary is very fast, I have not experienced the hotel's other services, so I will not evaluate it.

I made an online reservation directly with the hotel for 5 nights from December 18-22. My wife and I were allotted Room 710. I stayed several times earlier, but wish to share our experiences his recent trip, PROS 1. Exceptionally Clean environment of the lobby and the rooms. 2. Though the hotel is 45 years old, the rooms are well maintained with modern look. 3. Spacious parking place for the vehicles. CONS 1. Limited seating for breakfast at ”Cascades”. My wife and I are senior citizens and diabetics. We administer insulin before the breakfast and imagine our plight as we are asked to wait outside the restaurant due to full occupancy inside! 2. Limited number of waiters during breakfast time that delayed our orders. 3. The pantry door for ”Horizon” located on the 7th floor is just across our room so the noise of loud conversation and cutlery has been a disturbance. We hope the management will look into these issues and address them at the earliest.

Nice hotel, very clean, good service, good breakfast price, a lot of variety, fresh ingredients. Dinner is an Indian speciality, fresh ingredients, it is OK. A very good value for money hotel.

The keys hotel was excellent and food and rooms also good we done conference here we are around 40 members,served excellent and also this hotel located center of the city,facilities so so good located near the railway station .
