Chose this hotel because it was closer to Orly airport. Not a good choice because there is nothing around and the location is kinda of scary. Abandoned cars, construction an trash everywhere. The room is the chain's standard room. Nothing beyond that.

2nd time we come: it could do with a little more attention in preparing the room but it's still ok! We appreciate the calm and proximity of everything at the same time.

Nice hotel with pleasant staff. Perfect for short stays. I recommend.

I have been waiting in reception to check in for more than an hour but there are no workers and no phone number to call . I am getting a little frustrated here, I have never known this happen in another hotel.

This was by far the worst hotel I have been to. There wasn't any air conditioning at all, even if it hasn't been that hot, with all the noise from the road outside it's impossible to sleep without closing the windows. Even then, you can still hear the construction noise. The bathtub and sink were both clotted. Breakfast was very basic. Hotel staff could at least turn off their phone call while checking us in Overall, please find another hotel as this one will ruin your vacation. I honestly thought Ibis hotels maintained a certain level of service but that's certainly not true anymore. Room service was great but that's not enough to make up for this atrocious hotel.

Nothing at all. It was my worst stay experience in my entire life till date. Awfull location near factories as there construction going around near hotel so no proper bus stop near by. It's gonna be a night mare. Dirty shabby hotel. Awfull breakfast. No option at all. Not even eggs. Poorest in all way. And to make it more worse horrible rude staff. Specially the lady staff in the Reception is very Awfull & rude. I wonder how she secured this Job. Ibis shattered my believe on Ibis.

Terrible, we entered the room the bed was dirty with blood, and a very strong smell of cigarettes, we complained and they changed the room and another had an ashtray on top of the bed, and they still don't provide any support for customers, only the bath towel and one on the face, toilet paper was yellow, the worst brand there is, apart from the place around it, there is construction work There is nothing to eat nearby, access to the train we have to go through an alley in the middle of the work, and there is only one train until 1 am when the train does not cancel, taxi to the center and between 28 to 40 euros, the hotel window you see a huge amount of burnt cigarette butts an unbearable smell, “ bed and room with a lot of dust, my wife wouldn't stop sneezing, very bad lighting.

Very warm welcome, hostesses at the top. For the hotel, the cleanliness is not there, sheep under the bed, in the hall, you can see dust.... Parking gate does not work. Neither did the coffee machine in the lobby.

Badly maintained hotel deserves to be refreshed the rooms are damaged the doors do not close the bedside tables are damaged damaged bedding is very dirty under the sheet and the breakfast is very light no ham or egg and no cereals

Je n’ai jamais vu tel hôtel : au milieu d’une industrielle à moitié désaffectée (flippante), des espaces communs sales et avec une odeur nauséabonde masquée ou presque par de l’encens à vomir… Ne parlons pas des chambres : je n’ai jamais vu ça quelque soit le pays où je suis allée. Un tel niveau de saleté n’est pas digne du groupe Accord et encore moins des 70€ facturés : sols avec taches et moutons de poussière, toilettes à vomir avec des souvenirs de plusieurs occupants et la douche avec tellement de calcaire qu’on ne voit pas à travers . Quant au petit déjeuner, bof mais au moi s les tasses sont propres… À fuir !

Assez éloigné du transport commun, zone en construction (décembre 2023), le check in se fait très tard et le check out se fait très tôt, le personnel n’a pas été très poli, les chambres sont moyens avec une seule prise électrique, pas de chaînes de sport

Je vous déconseille cette hôtel , hôtel très mal fréquenté , ayant un enfant des gens bourré qui criez dans le couloir toute la nuit , nous ne nous sommes pas sentie en sécurité, nous avons pas fermer l’œil de la nuit , aucune intervention de la part du personnel et l’hygiène des chambres horribles . (Tâche de règles sur le matelas et j’en passe … )Je vous le déconseille !!!!!

Un hôtel simple mais agréable. Le personnel est souriant et très disponible, 24 heures sur 24. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et de bonne qualité. Nous y avons séjourné deux fois au mois de mars, et à chaque fois, nous avons eu la même impression.

Si sur le papier en 43 minutes du centre on rejoint l’hôtel, en réalité c’est plus compliqué. Des travaux des ratés de correspondances … L’Hopiteau perdu dans les grands travaux. Accueil très correct chambre hélas imprégnée de l’odeur de tabac.
